No they cannot, but its clear that they have complete control of the skies and if you have a dwindling amount of launchers Iran can't respond. Iran's missile salvos have declined considerably for over a week. I don't think there has been an Israeli death since last week Monday.

I have been a strong supporter of Iran in this war, but if Iran has indeed agreed to a ceasefire at this stage, then I must say that Iran lost this war very badly. Bill Clinton did nothing. Only President and Secretary of State who actually pushed Israel to talk to and negotiate with Palestinians was GHW Bush and Jim Baker. It's why you have Oslo 1992. Subsequent American administrations went back to favoring Israel one sidedly.

You got your history a bit wrong. I do agree that the last American President who showed enough spine against Israel was Bush Sr. But it was Bill who engineered the Oslo Accords. As unfair as they were, it was still too much for Israel to swallow and they killed Rabin for that. Then Bill tried again in 2000 in Camp David and the Taaba conference.
