This is mainly played out on a subconscious level. For the past 580 years, the white europeans have developed a belief that they are racially superior to ALL the non-white races NO MATTER WHAT. They believe it is their god-given right to be more superior, successful and wealthy than ALL non-whites. This is a part of their psyche and dna. They firmly believe this on a subconscious level. So when a non-white becomes more educated, successful, better at their job and more wealthy than them, it scrambles their minds and they manifest it in extreme racism and genocidal hatred towards non-whites. This is played out as Islamaphobia and anti-immigrant sentiment.

PS Some of the biggest supporters of white supremacy are not just the white europeans themselves. It is ALSO the non-whites like indians, gulf-arabs and south-east asians (thai, filipinos etc) that worship the white european races and are desperate to breed with them.

its just that these losers can only have emotional outburts like this in open public, because pretty much all workplaces here have strict anti-racism and anti-discrimination laws everywhere, so there is a lot of "bottledup" feelings of hatred and extremism amongst some of the redneck locals........they think they were entitled to their own enclaves of their own people (but they couldn't make population so others were needed)....

guy in the incident probably has a shitty life, with low pay, probably divorced and bitter at the world, and seeing others happier than him triggered him up. Here in west the divorce rate is so high and lots of broken and messed up families and men and women. The muslims or minorities being successful or even a bit happy when out and about just severely triggers these type of losers/loners. We can see how he just generalizes and stereotypes by saying words like "our culture".

I've faced some racism/discrimination at my workplace as well but that was when the laws were not strict and/or hardly enforced.......and when u can speak the language and can put them in their place they can be surprised and shocked. Its not our fault if they brought the entire garbage from all over the world and now its a mess. They shouldve done a better job on immigration rather than blaming the minorities and specially girls.
