What does it sound like, to you?
The NOTAM is information that suggests pilot keep away from the entire area indicated.
This advisory says there may be unsafe conditions below a certain height. Another advisory says two zones, Karachi and Lahore, are entirely to be avoided. Sort of circular NOTAM zones.

Seamen ko bhi milta hai, all vessels, merchant, fishing trawlers etc

Being an airline pilot I was very surprised to see this. NOTAMs are issued all the time but advisories of this nature blocking an entire country are very serious. PIA'S insurance cost for aircraft and passengers would shoot up overnight. Any airline operating to Pakistan would start reconsidering their decision. Overflying carriers are not affected by levels below FL260 but airlines flying to and from Pakistan have no option but to descend.

I am sure the European security agencies have information we are not privy to. I also heard rumours that the FL260 would be revised upwards. Anything over FL350(35000 feet) is going to start affecting Overflying operations over Pakistani airspace. Max altitude for airlines is FL410 and least 5-6 levels need to be available to manage traffic. Each aircraft needs t ok be separated by a minim of 1000 feet. If operations at FL350 and higher are affected International airlines would be forced to reroute via Ahmedabad to Iran skipping Karachi and Lahore.

The revenue loss would be marginal but the reputational loss would be back breaking. No investor would dare put a single dollar in a country officially designated by EU as a Conflict Zone. This is a very serious matter and i am surprised no one has spoken about it here.

NOTAM is Notice to airmen.

There is a maritime version as well,I don't recollect the name.

it was absolute hell, my family saw it close quarters when some very respected senior bureaucrats etc had to be stealth taken from Delhi to the new border safely, the mobs were on a mad rampage, including across at yours'.. udhar bhi bhot stories hain same to same waali.
