I had said such things many times in the Gaza war thread in last 18+ months and a few times in this thread as well. I gave several factual evidence that, yes, AIPAC also has a hold over the Democratic Party but nowhere to the extent like the hold on the Republican Party; the latter is actually more ideologically aligned with the Zionists due to the damn, stupid Evangelical Christians. And when your choices are really binary, then you must choose the lesser evil. You must become part of the 'change' or you don't get to complain. A step an inch forward is still better than a frozen step.

In case people wondering: I voted for Trump in 2020 but I clearly saw that he was even more in bed with the Zionists than I saw in any previous American presidents, and would be really bad for the Palestinians/Middle East and therefore I didn't vote for him in 2024, otherwise I don't have major issues with him.
