You are Correct. Artesh are the regular army, navy & air force.

Separate to IRGC and generally way underfunded with mainly old equipment

Well having different Supplier is ok , Russia is busy with Ukraine so it makes sense to acquire weapons from other countries

E.g China , Korea , Norway etc


I do wanted to point out Pakistan has nice offering as well
  • Drones , made in Pakistan (Aviation)
  • Shoulder Missiles (Soldier based defences)
  • JF17 Block III , Fighter Jets (Joint Production with China)
  • Al Khalid Tank nice to have (Ready to take Export Orders)
  • APC for protecting Units (We recently started manufacturing really nice stuff)
  • Nice Inventory of Surface to Surface Missiles (Various Ranges) buy 3 get one free promotion
  • Azmat Class Missile Boat , nice little Missile boats pack a big punch , and stealth of course (4 Missile per ship) big bang for money

Similar to China , Pakistan can also be a quite reliable defence delivery Partner

A 2-5 Billion USD order from Iran would be quite welcomed for helping make Iran a bit more secure

Most of our stuff is of course used as a Deterrence

The Iranian government accepted a humiliating term on ceasefire after visiting Moscow. Israel ceasefire 12 hours after Iran ceasefire (Prove by FM's tweet).

IRGC fired the last round of missiles (one impact ) in defiance. Israel's retaliatory strike was called off by Trump, only hitting a radar.

This shows the disagreement between Iran's military and government.
