Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Yet another half measure by the IR. Was fatwa revoked? Was the decision to work towards nuclear weapons made? No? Then this will be another step used to justify aggression against Iran will providing no practical benefit.
They're compromised. If you don't believe me, you just need to see how they rush to Russia for every important decision they want to make.
We need to make things simpler and more efficient. Just create a hotline with Putin and ask for his instructions directly. It would be a lot faster.

There's no such thing as "Shia extremist", stop importing the problems of Sunni islam into Shia islam

Those "Persian chauvinists" lives in foreign countries and doesn't exist in Iran
People who beat and kill teenagers protesting something like hijab are extremists. Period.

It's simply pointless...Iranian nuclear program is already destroyed, Trump can confirm that, no more any reason to be part of this agency...
Iran has 400kg of HEU at a secure location

No need for more to have an arsenal of nukes

Also the "total destruction" of the sites are likely propaganda for internal audience, leaked documents shown that the centrifuges are likely intact

I think you are vastly overestimating Russian or Chinese influence in Iranian decision making, which is next to none.

China is buying 90% of Iranian oil exports because nobody else wants to buy our oil, except for some countries like Italy in the black market. You wouldn't have had to buy 90% of our oil if we still had access to a diverse range of buyers.

China-Iran trade of volume in 2008 was close to $30 billion dollars and it was planned to surpass $50 billion dollars in the next 5 years. I remember quite well that I was in high school and Ahmadinejad was the President at the time and our economic partnership with China and our volume of trade was growing insanely fast. Had our economy not collapsed due to crippling sanctions, our trade volume might've even exceeded $100 billion dollars by now, I don't see why not.

For comparison, Iran's GDP in 2008 was $410B. Saudi Arabia's GDP was $510B. Iran's GDP as of 2025 is $340B while Saudi Arabia's GDP is $1.14B.
If Iran had been left alone, our GDP would've surpassed $1T mark a couple of years ago. And assuming a proportional growth of our trade volume with China, our trade volume would've been close to $90B now. Yet, you decided to help the US cripple our economy over something that was in no way a threat to you in any imaginable scenario, and was completely under IAEA supervision.
Why you keep saying that China helping US to cripple Iran's economy, that not in China's interest, China at least consider Iran an important partner. That's what I am saying, China buys 90% of Iranian oil because others are scared of US sanctions but China couldn't care less. The economy and your trade with others including China fell short of the expectations over the years because Iran was under US, the West and the world at large sanctions. That's why Iran's economy couldn't grow. China initiated the 25 years economic deal with Iran in 2021, but Iran gov is not committed. So, don't blame your problems on China.

I agree with you, but I'm not a decision maker unfortunately. I'd prefer to give our money to the US and import arms and technology instead of being isolated like we are now.

Iranians have become extremely anti-Islam because of the government's interference in people's personal lives. For example, just a month ago, they passed a law banning people from owning dogs. It's just ridiculous. The regime in Iran has to go, it just didn't have to be toppled by a foreign power like that, particularly Israel, but the regime has to go. They're incompetent, corrupt and controlled by Russia, and to a lesser extent, China.

I'm sure change is coming to Iran. Khamenei is old and the country has become extremely unstable politically. We saved Iran from a regime change planned by the US and Israel, but it doesn't mean that things should stay the same.
There are normal ways for that, elections, voting for different platforms, but it should be full elaborated national doctrine with different postulates...losing touch with Hezbollah is, to be honest from my point of view, defeat of the doctrine that was established previous decades...

So Iran should decide if they are going to take corridor Tehran-Beirut with force, or will adopt a new reality on the field...

One door is closed to open another... Yemeni are proven tough player and useful partner...preserving and improving relations with them is adding new dimension to Iranian geopolitical dynamics...

But for now, this final war with Zionists is ultimate priority for entire Iran...

I promised myself that I'd be nice to people on here from now on, so here goes.

Leaked Defense Intelligence Agency documents show that the nuclear facilities are largely intact, and that the US bombing failed to do any lasting damage, only setting them back up to a few months to a year.

Israeli assessments show that Iranian facilities are only damaged, not destroyed, and that Iran has hundreds of kilograms of enriched uranium hidden away, as well as advanced IR-6 centrifuge kept safe in other hidden locations, all enough to make a bomb within 3 to 6 months.

Iranian assessments are that there was some severe damage, but recoverable, as most of the equipment and uranium was transported to other hidden locations to be used later.

Independent analysts say that the bombing run may have at the most done a bit of damage through tremors, but actual damage is likely to be extremely limited.

Please don't say anything....anti-intellectual, because i don't know how long i can be nice for.

I was sarcastic, using Trump's words...I think that this with Americans is so staged, that Iranian nuclear program has zero impactful damage...but still, no reason for being part of that agency, and like reason Iran could quote Trump...

They are not showing the damages on their refineries, power plants, military, and nuclear sites. What they showed you is actually the civilian buildings. So damages on critical military, nuclear, and economic infrastructure have not been disclosed.

Besides, Israelis are waiting for their AD interceptors to be replenished. Once they get those, they plan to arm-twist Trump and start the war again.

I bet the West has much more influence to Iran than Russia and China. As a part of Aryan race, Iranians have been longing to be embraced by their Aryan brothers in Europe.

Can North Korea offer alternative to J-10C & JF-17 ?

I think they can offer air defense missiles. They've been preparing for war with the West and South Korea for a long time. Don't get wrong, Iran still needs air force but the most immediate is air defense that is capable of deterring the Israeli air force.
