By Rule of law , PTI were meant to get reserved seats as they won almost 91 seats in Elections
Putting forward extra pressure on weak coalition government

However in a odd decision by Supreme court (Now being run by new Judges promoted quickly thru the Lower court ranks since last decision and larger bench (also a illegal act to manipulate Supreme courts)), the courts decided that PTI now don't deserve the mandatory "Reserved seats"

The Law
Article 51 of the Constitution clearly lays out the basic principle of allocation of reserved seats, which are given to women and minorities in proportion to general seats, the party wins. This is "Automatic" allowance

Lets say you win 91 seats , then based on total number of seats you get certain predetermined number of Minority reserved seat automatically

My grand father purchased property from his than friend. Back in 1950's both passed now. As long as both were alive sale remained as sold. Back in the day uneducated village folk, didn't do more than verbal agreements in front of witnesses as Sharia requires n Mukhtar Nama. So it was purchase backed by verbal agreement backed by Mukhtar Nama with thumb print of both parties.

That mans kids grew up n in their 50's got idea there land was usurped put a case in court n 20 years later on no documentation basis to contradict sale despite formal sale document being present in our favour the judge gave decision in that guys favour. All the guys brothers n sisters have categorically stated we know our father sold it we were there but one HARAMI decided it was usurped n he has a lot of money n paid judge 2'500'000 to rule in his favour n judge did. To stop the appeal judge secretly paid our Wakeel to hide judgement until appeal limit duration has passed. And we spent two weeks knocking on Wakeel n judge doors to find judgement document number on which we can file an appeal. Without appeal judgement would have become definitive n property his.

it was lucky that harami Wakeel did not know our relative who was visited him for his own buisiness n he spilled beans to him about how he made money n got our opposing party the land cause of small donation. Our relative came n told us. Anyhow just on the last two days we managed to get a copy of judgement n its number from court documents that too cause we contacted former supreme court judge who pissed down their throat to produce document or get ready for some repercussions. We got papers n filed an appeal now its pending n we are asked give us bribe of 25 lakh n we will make definitive judgment in ur favour. I have told ma dad if we loose the land we loose it but do not pay a dime. Prophet said one who usurps another mans property is getting portion of hell. I told that man this Hadith n he said you are Maulvi we are not. I left shaking head, r u not even a Muslim, least u could have said is i am sinful as all of us. he put practice of deen on my 'maulviness' so he doesn't have to give up his share of hell.

There is no guarantee in anything. Next election might be rigged again and this never ending battle will continue. I remember Benazit standing in the parliament in 1996 complaining about her mandate being rigged. I remember Nawaz Sharif questioning about mujhe kyoun nikala and Imran Khan of present days. The solution is probably elsewhere if all parties sit in the table and learn to respect each other and devise a policy that keeps Army at bay and the leadership promises to protect each other

This is impossible with PMLN & PPP. They can't win anything without the army. PMLN might've had a chance if it didn't participate in regime change but apparently they didn't think they had one either & so they did participate. As the face of it too unlike ppp who was clever to play the supporting position. IPP was literally created by army to divide PTI. JI is a bunch of cowards who'll always be bootlickers. Whose left other than racist ethnonats and uneducated religious zealots?

As it stands none of them will even win a fair election so it's impossible to discuss a fair policy with them where everyone looks out for each other. And then of course there's the army who will do everything to prevent it. They've already suppressed all parties by playing them against each other and also creating internal divisions. They depend on army for survival & army uses them for its own survival too. They all play each other against each other.

Only PTI has the support base to win independently which is why they've been suppressed & considering the online spats no doubt many supporters are only doing it for khan.

So quite frankly it's meaningless to have charter of democracy 2.0. That will mean PTI accepting status quo with themselves included in the rotation & the end of this current chapter of army vs civilians.

Poor man n his source of income is not a little thing its only thing on poors mans imagination. Poor mans whole life n livelyhood is what he has as property through which he earns his livelyhood. For poor man Pakistan begins with his livelyhood n ends with it.

Zero fck is given by poor man whose kids are starving n r living hand to mouth n on donations of other if Sharif behn chd brothers or behn chd imran, or behn chd bhutto family is in power. I am in a different view. When a person say in 2022 Jalsa to sitting Army Chief Mir Jafar and Mir sadik, Shaukat Tarin says and forces punjab and KPK finance minister to write a letter to IMF that they wont follow imf program. Blamed Arshad Sharif death on agency without any evidence. He said himself that he advised him to leave Pakistan so if he stayed in Pak things would have been different. Than Imran Khan brainwashed and created hate so much that PTI supporters did 9th may 2023 than again it blamed on angecy that where was police or army. Than when same thing happened in bunner Kpk, PTI on live public said why you stop PTI supporters from going towards cantt area. Than without giving any evidence PTI said that on 26th November agency killed 100s of its worker than when asked prof than PTI says you should ask hospital for prof.

Dont bring my attention to PTI official account where they give direct threats to Army chief to create another Bangladesh, than they lobbied to stop Pakistan remittenance inflows, and lobbied sanction on Army chief.

Than DG ISPR it self says Faiz Hameed was involved in political conpiricies against sitting army chief for the sake of PTI.

PTI is facing consequences of its self created hate and lack of trust. Even Imran Khan sister lies in front of sitting KPK Cm and than Gohar has to correct her statement. She on record says that says Shahbaz Gill, Adil Raja and Haider Medhi are Imran Khan social media worrior.

Adil Raja wife Kayani shares location of GHQ and tag Indian authorties say on X to strike it here and free Imran Khan from Jail.

If this was any other country entire PTI would have death penality let alone Imran Khan.
