You could've at least delivered 24 Sukhoi-35s that Iran had officially ordered in 2022. Iranian pilots have been training in Russia for 2 years already. First batch was supposed to arrive in March 2024.

And Russia should've at least done that. Not to help Iran, but to serve your own interests by not peeing all over your reputation as an arms dealer.
