Bro, in this world nobody follows intl law. The law do not simply apply against powerful. Otherwise, whole attack was purely unjust. In ideal world, there should have been heavy sanctions against israel.

I really believe Israelis pass through many countries airspace just because they can. Because their technology is far superior. Other countries like Syria, Iraq or maybe even Azeris can't do anything about it. If Azerbiajan publicly declare that their airspace was violated then it gives seriously negative impression to their own population.
