India Lucky Not To Lose More Than Four Rafales

Give Indians F-35 and F-22, and they will still happily get it shot down.....

On a serious note, an airforce tech buff like Warnesy should know....SPECTRA is a 90s concept......designed when most of the weapons that were to be fired at European/Western fighters were eastern bloc missiles/SAMs that were semi active radar homing.....meaning....a targeting radar would always be painting the Rafale with emissions so spectra can pick it up................this is not true with modern AESA LPI radars and data links, where only mid course correction is necessary, briefly and time to time....meaning less emissions hitting SPECTRA sensors....

There is a reason why there has been a lot of work done on IR/UV spectrum detection.........with missiles themselves getting LPI AESA seekers, it will only get worse to detect an oncoming threat.

I think SPECTRA was overhyped always..........but then again, F-35 can be shot down too under the right circumstances.....

The Rafale video from Bhatinda shoot down shows Rafale releasing flares.....seems like the pilot/system did detect a threat....though flares won't help with Radar guided missiles much......and the speed at which these BVR missiles home in......you really can't do anything.

Good just try and cope .
Remember the Indian army or MOD didn't even disclose this after Galwan clash but eventually you learned to live with it . 😃

Honestly, do you wNt me to post 1971 photos that's are real with Bangladesh?

Both Indian and Pakistani governments are great at making bold claims—and the public is expected to accept them without question. If anyone dares to ask for proof, they're immediately labeled "anti-national."

This is how, in the name of nationalism, governments and even militaries push narratives—often without any solid evidence to back them. It's more about controlling the story than telling the truth.

That’s exactly why, internationally, claims from both sides are taken with a grain of salt. Whether it’s about fighter jet kills or border incidents, the world sees through the noise. There's little credibility when neither side is willing to show real proof.

In the case - only France is the real player, india can't hide it with them, likely they already informed to them - and as per them 1 was hit.

Rest rumours, claims - no one from outside country going to accept it. These claims only make feel good factors for own domestic audience and usually get success by the government.

Alan Warnes.

Will take his word over anonymous Jeets on here

Cheers
I didn't give an opinion though, and that response typical to Jeets-in denial 🤭.
Where's the evidence, that's a genuine question. PAF hasn't given any in fact for most or all of their claims.

CAS statdement and Alan Warns tweets, if you cannot use the internet of cannot afford data on your cheap phone not my problem jeet

Here is to everyone asking for proofs (whether Indian member of Pakistani)

Burden of proof lies on the claimant - so if Pakistan is claiming 6 jets or 10 jets or howsoever many jets shot, then irrefutable proof needs to be posted. Similarly, if India is claiming even 1 jet, proof needs to be provided.

So far from OSINT and other sources - 3 jets are confirmed down for India(the make is debatable). Similarly, OSINT sources have provided ample proof of bases being hit (no proof of how much damage)

Other than that, everything is conjecture. Wake up tomorrow morning and start claiming whatever - just shut the F up, no one is interested - be it India, Pakistan, plug any country/org

So you deny clear evidence of 1 Rafale 1 Su30 Mig29 and Mirage2000 ?
Share the evidence of mig 29, I have saw that pic - which claims by fake tweeter accounts holders, I will share the evidence with proper date of crash with the same pic.... And article date will be a few years old only.

Just because, for years, he praises for a stronger Europe, not built on foreign weapons as F-35, Aegis, Patriot, K2 MBT, himars or PULS.

You will see that Rafale always has a bright future.

PS : wake me up when JF-17 will have more than 100 units sold outside.
why is he just desperate to promote the Rafales , why not tanks , submarines or missiles 😆
I don't see Eurofighter Consortium that keen or desparate to promote the Typhoons.
BTW, JF-17 came on the scene some 17 years after the Rafale and it has already bagged a kill or two what do you have to show for your endangered fighter.
Besides what's really causing the likes of Dassault to burn midnight oil and making Patils go berserk is the fact that Its not American , Russian or West's technology or Israeli or American pilots that has roasted the Rafales . Now sleep on that .

😆😂 So basically Indians are saying that because the video quality is poor the phone has to be old thus the video must be also old.
Fun fact, more Indians believe that the wreckage is actually a Pakistani Mirage V then that of IAF Mig29.
Its been 2 months and indians have yet to connect the wreckage with old crash date 😂
You guys tried your best to deny and disown pilots but IAF pants is slowly being pulled down infront of entire world. The paper tiger India was badly exposed in 2019 and 2025.

You can post over 50 year old photos to your heart's content, the difference is in this day and age it's only India in denial.
Here this is no CEO of Dassault or some US pilot or General Bakhshi denying the PAF claims but your very own CDS admitting that India lost aircraft but with the usual topsy-turvy. Why doesn't India come clean about the whole debacle ...Well it's no rocket science that If India had say lost one Rafale , it could have easily manipulated the loss by giving so many different reasons, malfunction, birdstrike, pilot disorientation or even a fratricide ...
But the fact is you can make an excuse for a single casualty but not multiple losses.
Rest assured Pakistan has all the proof needed including kills by the JF-17s .
