I have already said I don't dispute that the planes shot down could all have been Indian, but that is not what Trump said. Ergo, the thread title is clearly false.

I don't understand how anyone with an iota of sense and even the most rudimentary familiarity with the English language could dispute that.

No matter how much Indians talk about targeting Pakistani air bases with their Brahmos missiles, what really interests the world is how many jets were actually lost and here this is India who lost the jets. That’s because hitting air bases with missiles is relatively easy, but shooting down enemy jets in aerial combat is difficult.

Also, while satellite images do exist of Indian strikes on Pakistani air bases, there are no images showing any damage or destruction to Pakistan’s operational air assets.
