Trump is all about the tariffs and the tariffs on American goods to India are very high, and he will want to be seen to respond to that now.

These tariffs should also be applied on the provision of "services" to the USA, not just on manufactured goods. This will help to move IT jobs back to the USA if they are tariffed.
