Very true. Trump has spared no one. He has no regard for usual diplomacy and doesn’t bother about any historical ties or good relations with anyone.

Putin has gone from good friend to worst enemy. Europe was and has remained bad boys. Most countries have come under varying tariffs.
These ‘U’ turns wouldn’t allow anyone to create any new supply chain since, he could levy a new tariff any day. The existing supply chains would remain for foreseeable further.

Moreover, he has just about 3 1/2 years left to cause these disruptions.
I am sure, Trump will wake on the left side of the bed in a few days and there would be a new cycle of friend to foe to best friend to no one.
