Director Told 14 Yr-Old SON to Write STUPIDEST SONG EVER… Became BEST TV SONG EVER-Professor of Rock

LOL! Director Robert Altman's young son made more from the song than his father made for directing the M*A*S*H film.

Suicide Is Painless

Lyrics

Through early morning fog, I see
Visions of the things to be
The pains that are withheld for me
I realize and I can see
That suicide is painless
It brings on many changes
And I can take or leave it if I please
The game of life is hard to play
I'm gonna lose it anyway
The losing card I'll someday lay
So this is all I have to say
Suicide is painless (suicide)
It brings on many changes (changes)
And I can take or leave it if I please
The sword of time will pierce our skins
It doesn't hurt when it begins
But as it works it's way on in
The pain grows stronger, watch it grin
Suicide is painless
It brings on many changes
And I can take or leave it if I please
A brave man once requested me
To answer questions that are key
"Is it to be or not to be?"
And I replied, "Oh, why ask me?"
Suicide is painless
It brings on many changes
And I can take or leave it if I please
And you can do the same thing if you please

What's this 80's fascination with those who think they are "old"?

Like to amuse the 20 somethings today when Staying Alive is playing at the truck stop. Still remember the moves.

"Grease" is a song written by Barry Gibb and recorded by Frankie Valli: it was released as a single in May 1978. It is the title song for the musical motion picture Grease of that year, which was in turn based on the 1971 stage play Grease.

When I got my first in-car CD player the soundtrack for "Grease" was one of the first CD's I would play...the other was Van Halen II with "Dance the Night Away".

Interesting it looks like Barry Gibb and the BeeGee's tried their best to sing it but can't top Frankie! In fact it sounds like they actually stop and cut to Frankie singing at times.

I wonder if that's why they called in Frankie. Mad props to Frankie!!
