It's always a possibility when you are just an end-user. Let's see if it comes to that.

If, somehow, it does, it will be suicide for the U.S. military industry, as using military purchases as a tool to hold another nation's political will and foreign policy hostage. As we see in Europe now, it can result in less purchasing, more in-house investments, and a flood back to the Russian and Chinese arms with no strings attached.

India is totally mad. It's going against united states. Trump stopped that conflict. it means India also wants to humiliate trump by starting another conflict with Pakistan. There are signs like detection of large formation of enemy jets few days ago. It will happen very quickly again. India is feeling isolated. It wants china to back off so that it can face Pakistan one on one. Modi is going to China to see whether they can reset relations or not.

even the rehersals of paf for independence day looks very aggressive. agressive mood! Paf is ready. I am sure and many who knows more details are also sure. Target their population. Make this a rule. To humiliate modi, you have to hit their civilians. More deaths, more pressure, more humiliation for BJP, more chances of congress popularilty.
