Trump didn't invoke SNAPBACK before because Iran hadn't violated any part of the agreement, so he didn't even try. Taking orders from the Zionist elite, he withdrew from the agreement and then tried to invoke SNAPBACK, which he can't do because the US violated the agreement. Only those who are following the agreement can invoke SNAPBACK. The Europeans also violated it, so they can't (legally) invoke SNAPBACK either. Therefore, they haven't invoked it yet (they have until October 2025 to do so). They may try in the end (if they can't get a bargain from Iran), but then it becomes a legal case because they are also violators of the JCPOA.

NOTE: Araghchi has no power to do anything, a law was passed at the IRI that says there can no longer be inspections at nuclear plants.

What sort of sanctions are we actually talking about that are no longer in effect, and would be re-imposed via Snapback mechanism? Is Europe or the rest of the world actually doing much business with Iran since Trump re-imposed unilaterial sanctions?

I thought the U.S sanctions are so far reaching, that is essentially pushed the world out of doing business with Iran anyway. What damage could Snapback do?
