"Technically, even if WTI is $4 cheaper per barrel, the additional shipping cost of $4–5 per barrel from the U.S. cancels out that price advantage. On top of that, most local refineries in Pakistan are not technically configured to process WTI efficiently, making it impractical despite the lower base price. you need to upgrade the facilities that will added extra costs only.Now , you are getting carried away Rajkumar.....WTI crude on a average is $ 4 per barrel cheaper than Brent crude, if our refineries ( other than ATRL , all are incurring losses ) can refine it , it's good for them.
