India - US Tariff and Relations | News + Updates

India will try to normalise relations with China but there is zero chance she will share F-35 technology with China if she were to hypothetically buy them. So, yes, he is completely wrong. It is not suprising because he knows nothing of geopolitics and is always saying stupid things about trade even though he trained in economics and finance.

:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: One can only laugh when India or an Indian makes a commitment. Because you don't follow through commitments. You lie, cheat and turn away from promises made.

Yesterday, you robbed the West by creating China's fear in their minds and cashed out with trillions of dollars. Today, you are talking about being friends with China, and giving West's tech to the SAME China you told the West you will fight one day, just to get paid by the West.

You see the massive sea of change in your commitments? And you think the West or the Chinese or anyone will trust you now? Never!

Lastly, the issue was giving American tech to Russia, not China.

And now both US and China laughing at the Indians....

So he's wrong in saying with India's stronger strategic ties post dangers for American technology to leak? That's what Trump says too by the way. He wants you to stop running this black market of Russian oil and stop buying weapons from them. And fulfil your promise of being a US ally and working for their interests, for which, you were given Trillions of dollars worth of economic benefits!

Had his points been true, ot would have happened either Apache helos, p8i etc.

Not bright are you? Those deals were down 5 plus years ago, and those systems (though high end) are not the very cutting edge of US equipment
Lol....
Apache is way ahead than what Russia have.

When you told them "no" instead of saying "yes sir, Trump daddy" that's when they found out "the Pakistanis were right", Indians will take your money and will one day stand against you. So when they realized, they showed their stance. Before you were shaking head to everything Trump was saying so he hadn't see your two-faced hypocricy,

@Yasser76

Anyway, however you spin this, F-35 is not on the cards, probably never was. India's 5th Gen options just narrowed...

Won't be sorry to see that. Better we stick to the Russians and focus on better missiles/ AD systems.

Regards

PS: Won't be surprised if PAF becomes first air force to have both J35 and F35

I think now we will see gradual loss of military capability within India, US and China will ensure this it seems.

Best bet they have will be to go for large Rafale order. It is a good plane and only way to stop the decline, as in 3-5 years 6 Jag Sqds and 3 MIG-29s Sqds may need retiring, IAF will be smaller then PAF by then.

Making Rafale in India is only option for them. French know this so can sit back, double the price and see Indians pay.

However post 2030 they will be left out of the 5th Gen/6th Gen game (I am not taking AMCA as serious before its first flight)

I will take his comments as more knowledgable about US policy then yours, no offence.

If a F-35 deal happens, it will only be as a payment India agrees to make in order to secure a sweeter trade deal. India does not want to be dependent on an unreliable US for its critical strike aircraft. We have learnt our lessons from Pakistan's F-16 experience.

If India can improve its relations with China, a fifth gen aircraft may not be needed until the indigenous platform is ready. In any case, Brahmos missiles, better drones, air defences, etc would provide a much better return on investment than a shiny toy which might ultimately turn out to be a white elephant. Even the F-35 fanboys are less enthusiastic after having seen the British plane grounded in Kerala for weeks.

No deal is happening, stop deluding yourself. US knows it, India knows it. US now all but publicly stating they will not sell you anything high end. The down graded P-8s are as good as it gets.

Technologically there are only two main players now, US and China. Maybe ask China for J-35, you have a better chance then with F-35....
