India Lucky Not To Lose More Than Four Rafales

Bro - can't be specific for many reasons --- No BVRAAM can ever have a 100% success rate anyway. That should not be a surprise at all.

The other Rafale had luck on his side in addition to timely judgement and subsequent manuever by the pilot at the eleventh hour.

Let's not just assume that all IAF pilots are just noobs, incompetent or totally zilch who know nothing of tactics beyond routine flying - Let's not be like the Bakhtoras living in utmost sense of unbeatable superiority.
I understand what you are saying, but maneuvering out of the lock of a highly maneuvering missile is something extra ordinary....or was it able to jam the PL 15 seeker? I believe the missile can pull more Gs than the Rafale?

Also, isn't it common to launch 2 BVRs at the target to increase the probability of kill?

Maybe someday a bit more detailed narration of events over Bhatinda. 😊

Do u know how many Rafales were shot down?

Electronic evidence is one thing - such an evidence consists of missile being tracked through radars - missile turning ON its seeker (indication through data link) - missile going after the aircraft - aircraft and missile both tracks vanishing - subsequently in some cases you pick up the SAR helos as well. However, hard evidence is totally another thing - All i'd say is PAF is not exaggerating its claims from the electronic data available to them.

Specifically about Bhatinda - that kill was confirmed from the moment PL-15 hit the Rafale for a very interesting reason - Like i said above - someday perhaps 🙃

There is another issue with hard evidence.
The mechanism of how it was obtained would become evident if provided and it would degrade future abilities to obtain that hard evidence again.

Same issue with 2019 MKI claim. Hard evidence which I heard of would expose something not to be exposed.

At those ranges the Pl-15s wouldn't have much energy so simply turning away from them with afterburner and dragging them to lower altitude could do the trick. But in the confusion many IAF pilots seem to have failed to carry out basic evasion tactics.

That is exactly why "some" Indian accounts keep insisting on providing hard evidence

Yeah, maybe you can reuse that tail, engine and other bits strewn across a field. And all the other top IAF burnt out wrecks, you using those for spares too? ‘Not Impossible’ that they made it back to base too no?🤡
They fix those wings and tail on Modi and he will personally dive bomb to destroy Pak Navy Submarine base in Faisalabad

Haha! When he said "no no no" in that Apu accent...man deserves an Oscar and a Nobel.

fortunately for your arse, they were not used in day one.

But as PAF totally deseappear of the sky day 2 and 3, it probably has been mounted on Rafale my dear stud.
You got it opposite Rakesh. It was IAF which was grounded for two days then. PAF was always there, patrolling inside our own territory, guarding our skies.
