Al -Raqqa .. The killing of Qandili cadre and Arab splits inside "SDF" amid a wide security alert. Local sources from the city of Raqqa reported the killing of one of the Kandilian cadres in the Al -Jumaili neighborhood, which was followed by the flight of about 25 members of Qasd with their full equipment, in a remarkable security development that reflects the size of the cracking within the militia ranks.

After the incident, the "SDF" cars spread extensively in the streets of Raqqa, while security barriers were strengthened with elements and officers from the Alawite community residing in the 17th Division North of Raqqa and Tal Abyad, against the backdrop of wide splits among the Arab elements that are the backbone of the militia's field force.

In parallel with these developments, Redon in the eastern countryside of Aleppo stated that the 60th Division of the Syrian Arab Army announced raising the full readiness in its locations, indicating preparations to confront any possible escalation in parallel with the security collapses in Raqqa.

This scene reflects an unprecedented fragility inside "SDF", with the increasing splits and the collapse of trust between the Arab and Kurdish components, at a time when the Syrian state is preparing to confirm its security and military presence in the region.

Is it me or is time for some hts covert teams to attack some idf soldiers I think even hts can strike several dozen lightly armed idf troops on their lands not being sarcastic I think israel gave them more than enough justification they’re stealing more and more territory without any consequences I think it’s about time people put their silly grudges aside and work against a common enemy
 

Israel to remain in newly occupied areas in Syria: Israeli minister​

Israeli minister of military affairs Israel Katz says Tel Aviv has no intention of withdrawing from Mount Hermon in southwest Syria or other recently occupied areas, amid the regime’s escalating ambitions to extend its occupation of the Arab country.

Katz made the remarks in a statement on Tuesday, as Israel and the Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS)-led administration in Syria are in discussions regarding a potential “security agreement”.

“The Israeli army will remain on Mount Hermon and in the security zone necessary to protect the Golan Heights and Galilee communities from threats emanating from the Syrian side, as a main lesson from the events of 7 October,” he said.

Katz further noted that Israel will continue to protect the Druze community in Syria. Israel perceives the Druze as a strategic ally, given their strong connections to those living in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.

Last month, Israel intervened in violent clashes between Syrian HTS-linked forces and Druze armed factions in the southern Suwayda governorate, carrying out heavy strikes on sites in Damascus. The attacks were framed by Tel Aviv as an effort to “protect” the Druze minority in Syria.

Israel has conducted repeated acts of aggression across the Syrian territory following the collapse of former President Bashar al-Assad’s government last year. Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered his forces to push deeper into Syrian territory and seize several strategic locations.

The HTS regime’s lack of action and its normalization overtures to Tel Aviv appear to have given Israel greater leeway to expand its occupation and increase the intensity of its airstrikes.

Something is brewing I don’t think the Israelis feel anything from this Syrian state they’re not even trying to be discreet Syrian soldiers are manned there and they’re basically poking them in the eye at this point.
I think jolani needs to openly ask for Turkish help at this point otherwise Israel will just takeover a third of Syria without hts putting up a fight

I know people can disagree at times regarding Syria today or Syria yesterday or whatever in between but honestly a shame these guys were probably there for a paycheck found these devices by chance were of no threat to Israel but Israel decided that the discovery of the devices and what could be found and how they were used was far more valuable than lives that didn’t matter to them
