Those are not Hamas members of Qassam Brigades - fyi, they belong to a small faction in Gaza.
Even then, you lose your civilian status when you engage in armed combat. If not, then why do Israelis say a Palestinain that fires at IDF forces storming a West Bank city loses his civilian status and deserves to be killed ?

If you're talking about principles, we have principles and we don't target children or non combatants on purpose. Of course you can't control everybody and there will be a few deviations.
The primary objective of Toofan Al Aqsa was to target state and military institutions which is what happened.
Palestinians have the right to kill enemy combatants and target enemy state and military institutions. That might be scary for racist or brainwashed people, it's not for us.
Israel killed 10,000x that of Hamas. But everyone brushes it off as a 'airstrike' or 'military operation ' no matter what they do and how many people they kill. Do people know what happens when airstrikes hit neighborhoods and entire families sitting at their home?
Do you know that Israel purposefully targeted tens of thousands of families, thousands of neighborhoods with indiscriminate bombing intended to kill everyone there, knowing full well it's all civilians, women and children? Their civilian kill rate in Gaza is 83%.
An Israeli soldier would have shot those children. Those Palestinian gunmen left them as they don't have any kind of bloodlust. But they did intend to inflict damage on Israeli military and state institutions. That guy opened fire and engaged in combat outside the home. At that point a low level gunman will probably fire back and eliminate threat.

Why they don't share is the hours of footage of successful attacks on military and state institutions which they have but won't show for political reasons. Because then everybody would see what was targeted was all legitimate targets.

I believe you're allowed to target IDF reservists and soldier force. And I'm not playing your game to feel guilty about it. For all we know you're part of Western intelligence which wants Gaza conquered and Palestine finished, and want us to focus on trivial matters while millions of people are being slaughtered, starved, and ethnically cleansed in Gaza.
There's no Hamas umbrella. There's competing organizations. Nobody knew anything about Hamas's organized strike on the IDF southern division. Some people joined afterwards as the border was breached.

Meanwhile Israel claims that Palestinians committed hundreds of war crime incidents on October 7. That's their official claim.
