How an Indian journalist claims that he himself knows from his sources that 3 IAF Rafales were shot down (apparently he doesn't know about the 4th Rafale which was written off as video is a bit old imo).

Indians not even got enough about them to accept how many they lost, hiding behind BS like ‘operation is ongoing’ and ‘numbers do not matter’ no way they gonna agree to something that verifies the same. One thing is for sure, if it had been just 1 they would’ve accepted it, given than 1 is beyond any doubt but the number is obviously much bigger and shameful enough for them to try to bury it.

Pakistan internal politics is not your concern

What concerns you is that defense minister of Pakistan openly offered to do an inventory count and your government and military didn't respond back agreeing to it

Inventory count is nothing new for PAF since PAF has done this several times in the past due to shameless unprofessional nature of IAF and its old habit to lie about its kills. Pakistani offer is open for indian government to accept which it won't accept obviously since that would expose it's losses and also since those doctored satellite images are enough for IAF and indian government to fool its own population

I think JF-17 doesn't have the networking, radar spoofing and overall jamming capabilities of the J-10CE's internal EW suite. The J-10CE also has a considerably better radar than even the block 3 JF-17.

This raises a question of concern for PAF's acquisition though. Why even bother with JF-17 block 3? I would answer this thought with the obvious conclusions. The block 3 is Pakistan's own and they can build block 3 themselves. They may have wanted to use J-10CE in this combat for whatever reason perhaps even if block 3 JF-17 was able to perform this role instead of J-10CE. They just wanted to be safe maybe and use the most capable air to air platform PAF had. Who knows.

Maybe the block 3 JF-17 is purchased to be a number filler and is just so much cheaper than importing J-10CE. Maybe it can perform the PL-15E launch and let other platforms guide it just as well as J-10CE but it doesn't fly quite as well and PAF chose not to risk anything this first time it went up against dozens of IAF's best platforms - Rafales, Su-30MKI, Mig-29, Mirage 2000s.

J-10C is currently the spear-head for the PAF. It has better self-protection suite, more powerful engine, and better radar. But still JF-17C should have at least a few kills to its credit for the 7th of May fighting because PAF reportedly used ABC kill chain.

I think, JF-17C is very capable fighter jet but what exactly happened on that fateful night is still under the wraps. You cannot just claim about Thunder's performance in that fighting until missing details are brought into public domain.

The fact, that the enemy was not able to shoot down even a single Jf-17 is no less of a feat by itself. Don't forget that Indians had one of the best western planes (i.e. Rafale) having one of the best self-protection suite, and one of the best AD system (S-400) pitted against PAF.
