H-1B visas must end’: Wife of US citizen shares plight of landing IT jobs

@Dalit bro,

They brought their Indian culture to the US and destroyed the Silicon Valley

And the whites and Joos who own most of Valley turned a blind eye?

@nahtanbob

Nathan Anna,

unemployed by chance due to h1bs ?

Nope. Lack of education, skills, work ethic.

Regards

A lot of people assume H1B is the cream and butter for us. But no, they are a talent drain we face especially American big corporations that poach people by offering positions. So this whole H1B outrage isn't going to get the effect many of you expect.

What I am saying is, we are going to win anyway you cut it.
If H-1B is reduced (because the US will have problems stopping it), most of the talent pool will return to India, and over time, we will develop companies of our own that can compete in international markets.

In the meantime, a lot of the H-1Bs you send us are not far removed from being freshouts. They get trained here by us then return to India.

So why isn't that training being put to use to compete in the international markets?

Meanwhile at the ranch....

Five Indian-origin executives — including Satya Nadella
(Microsoft), Sundar Pichai (Google), Sanjay Mehrotra (Micron .), Vivek Ranadive (TIBCO) and Shyam Sankar (Palantir) — were present. Their presence underscored the growing clout of Indian Americans in Silicon Valley and Washington, even as Trump moved to crack down on immigration

As our Gujju fraands would say "Sab normal chhe"

I don't live in the US. I was born and bred in The Netherlands. I am not affected by Indian H1-B tech bros. Although Indians are invading The Netherlands and have started to deliver mediocre work. Many Dutch companies are not satisfied.

Alhamdulillah. I have a good job that I enjoy on a daily basis.

@Dalit bro

Lots of Indians working in companies like ASML, Philips, etc. May their tribe multiply.

I have a good job that I enjoy on a daily basis.

I suspect in your line of employment; there are not too many Indians!

Separate the Zionists and the Americans. There is a stark difference between Zionists who have infiltrated the US and hijacked higher positions like the Indians. India and Israel are an ally after all. The linkages are very visible.

The Zionists have wonderful examples like AIPAC, Epstein and Weinstein. Indians have tech bro scammers. Win win for both sides.

How do you know I lack education, skills and work ethic? I have enjoyed top quality education in The Netherlands at one of the best University in the EU. I hold multiple Masters degrees. I work at one of the most prestigious universities in Europe. I have a good salary and on top of that I earn good bonuses each year. I am an employee who got placed in a higher scale despite the job description not fitting the higher scale. An exception was made by my employer. Can a person with a lack if education, skill and work ethic achieve any of this?

If you are gainfully employed, obviously you don't lack either skills or work ethic.

I work in the IT sector. Before I joined the university I worked for 12 years for a large IT company Atos (French/Dutch roots). Atos imports Indians left and right. At one point, Atos had enough and has stopped importing Indians. Lack of quality and communication problems.

@Dalit bro,

Ok, I assumed you were not in the IT business.

ATOS doesn't import Indians anymore because it has collapsed financially and can't afford Indian employees. Had it recruited more quality Indian staff in the first place, maybe it wouldn't have faced difficulties.

Semicon industry is slowly picking up pace with older nodes manufacturing.
