He is somebody who couldnt get a job in the US and now has some non-academic job in some European uni. I doubt he makes even 250K a year. Just sour grapes for this "genius". I have ignored him because he mostly just types nonsense.

That's how capitalism works genius.

Indian workforce is divided into the very skilled vs moderately skilled, what you choose to import and give visa to is the result of BTA and the needs of host nations.
 
If the guy has been 30 years in the industry, it matters most what he can offer to the IT world. Most people remain stuck in the individual contributor role and have no skills beyond that. 30 years in IT industry is like a century worth of time in any other field.....the technological change is massive.

Stopping H1Bs will not solve that problem.
