Trump ally Charlie Kirk shot at campus event in Utah

I mean its crazy when Trump was suppose to be the most protected man on earth, and some young weird looking guy with a gun can come so close, I mean that incident in itself was mystery and how it disappears from the news.
Trump was not the most protected man at the time of the Butler incident. He didn't even have A-Team protection. He had fill-ins for the most part. SS effed up the securing of the area. There was no way that punk should have even been able to get on that roof.

I think guns are different. Owning a handgun or a shotgun may seem to be reasonable. But a heavy machine gun or long range sniper gun? What about RPGs, mortars?

The whole idea of having the 2nd amendment in US is to give people a power to fight back against the oppression from the government. Well, consider the whole arsenal the current government has, no matter what guns people possess, it seems to be hopeless.
I am not saying build an arsenal. over the span of my life I was on the fence about people owning guns to now of the view, with responsible ownership. Like Switzerland.

If Palestinians had arms like the average isareli c^nt has. they wouldn't be expanding and driving Palestinians from their homes and proclaiming Gods Chosen.

It will never leave you.
I think now seeing videos of Kids from Gaza, it really does have a impact and hence I try to go out, play video games and do thing which keeps me busy, but I fear that kids or young that will grow up with that Trauma will haunt them and make them suffer for years to come, many will take violent actions against Israeli's. I think now video of violence/blood and gore is so widely available which makes people de-sensitized and people sitting on Podcasts dehumanizing the "Other" side makes people even more heartless. May God help Human race.

There is a reason why the majority of combat vets never talk about their experiences.

mass shootings aside, violence is still prevalent. I remember the times of the football hooligans. They had 0 guns!! Zero. But this was happening and its sort of resurfaced again. Just have a look at this for context.

Violence is mans nature, guns are tools that are used for good and bad!!!

I am not asking about violence, I know it exists but I am asking about mass casualty event in UK ? do you have any example ? I mean even 4-5 deaths in any major shooting event in UK? I don't see or recall any hence my point... Handguns are ok for self defense but Rifles should not be allowed for civilians period.

F**K.....same distance as Butler.
Except this one got the target bulls eye on the very first shot. And didn't have to spray and pray.

Charlie is a tall dude but was sitting down, a smaller target compared to a standing up Trump.

Sniper might have placed the gun on rooftop or a room of a building sometime prior to the event.
The fact that this guy get a rifle or sniper, get on top of roof to take out a political commentator is crazy, and how people think that taking a human life is easy and not one of the biggest sin or crime, This is just crazy.

US is not a safe country. People are avoiding travelling to the US. The streets are not safe. Returning PTSD army may prove a fatal final blow.

Yes you are right, and I met a bunch at work... they try to keep the happy memories of their time in Afghanistan, and we joke about how bad Afghan national Army is, but there was a guy who served in AF and talked about suffer from extreme PTSD because of killing of Afghan civilians and seeing his friends dying as result of IED attack. And when you see the vets and they ended up either killing others or committing suicide it fears me for the kids of Gaza who will grow up with that PTSD, we see IDF soldiers committing suicides already for what they are doing.

Come to think about it, the Charlie Kirk shooter may have misjudged the drop from where he was located. Hence the neck instead of in the chest.

Frankly, I don't want to speculate about it.
