India - US Tariff and Relations | News + Updates

Then why are you bending your position per Trump's demands? Nation's have a proper position in relations. I guess Israel and India are now exceptions for full deceit.

A prostitute goes wherever the money is.

:ROFLMAO: Pakistan built an entire oil and gas pipeline with Iran while Iran was under sanctions. We were left with a 30 meter piece on the border to complete it and then gas will flow directly into Pakistan.

We've never abandoned Iran. In the most recent Israel and the US war with Iran, we sat in front of Trump and told him we can't abandon Iran.

Unlike India and Israel, we don't sell out our national position and policy for money or for interests and deceive others like you've done to the US and the West for economic benefits to fight China and when those benefits slowed down, you made Xi your new daddy!
Oh really? That’s why Iran was demanding penalty charges—because Pakistan failed to complete the pipeline after initially starting

Seriously you don't know history, even I can go back to 2001, when Pakistan compromised on own interests when USA put pressured

Pakistan has many times compromised her interests in the past under pressure by USA anyway!

Meanwhile --

In aug, import has been significantly increased

For Pakistanis it’s like, Oh, so you think you’re better than us now? How dare you defy the West. Why can’t you just tuck your tail and do what you’re told… like we do. After all, only Daddy USA and Mommy China are the real powers..
They don’t really understand it.

Practically speaking, if Europe stops buying Indian oil, imports will definitely decrease. But again, people will twist it and claim that India has “surrendered” to the USA. Most won’t recognize the basic business logic behind it.

I’ve been saying for weeks that Modi Surrender will happen. Modi cannot survive USA economic sanctions. Indians themselves will lynch him.

Many andhbakhts said otherwise but USA know India so called GDP growth and foreign reserves are dependent on $200bn trade deficit with uncle Sam. Mostly thanks to IT exports.

Without that India will need bailout by 2030 as their FX build on back of USA inflows run out.

Another humiliating chapter in history of wishwaguru.

It's the power of the Imperialists. They've got the wealth and time to wait till you get back to them, but with a trust deficit and much less perks and privileges. Bharat will be screwed further.....

... India has made its point that it will act in national interest and, frankly, having exports to US get tariffed an extra 25% for a few bucks discount on Russian crude does not make economic sense and is not in the national interest.
Yup, India surrendering to US pressure is in India's national interest.

Because we felt like it and it served our purpose, do we need to justify ourselves
your purpose served adequately...06 jets got shot down, myth of S-400 has been broken, IAF cheif was forced to lie, IAF grounded for two days...

and above all 5 times smaller country thought you a lesson ... war is real ...don't fight it like in Bollywood movies.

That is just an idiotic ignorance of how the world operates. US is a superpower and India is a great power. When they negotiate, they will obviously put pressure on each other. Both have real red lines and also positions that have staked out for negotiations , which they can compromise on to make the other side they have also walked away with something.

Buying Russian oil is not a strategic imperative for India. Before the Ukraine war started, India bought almost zero Russian oil. Going back to that position does not have negative strategic consequences for India, but India has successfully managed to position it as a major sticking point in the negotiations . By conceding it, India will be able to allow the US to claim a win while protecting real Indian strategic interests like not allowing unlimited access to India's dairy and agriculture markets.

What Indian bongi is this?

They allowed you to buy oil from Russia and now they're not allowing you to buy oil from Russia. They're dictating your national interests. The end.

No body "allowed" India to buy oil from Russia and no one is "not allowing" it now. India has been deciding when to buy or not to buy Soviet oil since the 1950s. The Americans have used it for trade negotiations and India is just playing the negotiating game. All this may be beyond the comprehension of Pakistanis whose government surrendered to all the terms dictated by Centcom and the White House.

Please don't drag Pakistan into your bongiyan related to India attempting to stand up to the US.

A single favourable tweet from Donald Trump will have Surrender Modi wagging his tail in no time and China will become Number One Enemy of India. Hoorah.

Do Pakistani ports accept sanctioned vessels ?
