Even if they do the manipulation with serial numbers - The question is - does Dassault has its technical support team at IAF bases - like we have for the J10s and F16s.

If they do - ofcourse they know about the exact numbers.

But will Dassault play the ball all along to save their exports?

Yall might come at me but we should focus more on the Indian strikes at our airbases and what can we learn from it rather then continuously focusing on the may 7 battle in which we came victorious shaming the IAF in the air....

Now we should focus on how to counter the multiple types of stand off weapons used by the IAF like the scalp , rampage , brahmos and their newer inductions...Making our enemy remind again and again that they lost in the air is very good but accepting that our response was very small and we suffered damages in the attacks should be done...

We should discuss the lower accuracy of the fatah 1 and how to counter indian workhorse systems like the barak 8 cuz it is a bigger threat then the s400...the number of interceptors in the barak 8 battery is larger then the s400...and was the one that probably intercepted most of the fatahs that were intercepted...how the yiha 1 performed junk as compared to the israeli harop(more expensive tho)...we should note that more info from either the IAF OR PAF isn't coming anytime soon the last chances were independence days and 6th sep...

We should be filling the lapses in our AD and give room to healthy debates and conversations rather then indian forums that jump straight to religion and calling others subhuman...that should be the main difference between us and them...

Good post. Sadly, we aren't the aggressors. So we would always have to react if an attack is done on us. It has now become a part of Indian airforce's SOP's to keep a distance of up to 150 KM's minimum during war times from PAF's aircrafts to avoid missile locks, or, have enough distance to break the lock before the missile goes Pitbull.

So all attacks will be standoff munitions, whether smart munitions or various kinds of missiles including Brahmos in a large quantity to get benefit of first strike as they think it's more effective due to its speed. India will also use it's S-400 for offensive role to attack PAF well inside Pakistani airspace so we need to remember that also.

Pakistan is working on acquiring HQ-19 to counter Brahmos and even other future hypersonic threats. I would expect HQ-9B might be upgraded to HQ-9C to get certain upgrades in equipment and target capability if possible.

Lastly, we need a NASAM like system mass produced in Pakistan. I was hoping FAAZ-2 BVR will be that missile but no status on that. But we need a local build AD systems soon and in large numbers.

Hopefully under this new strategy with Saudia, we will have clarity on our strategic projects in the next 2-3 months to come.

Avenger 1 and 2 are the Call Signs - i don't expect you to know the difference.

It has reached 8 now. Great going.

I do blame the IAF for this too. Had they declared the exact losses, probably this wouldn’t have happened.

Corollary- These numbers would still keep going up claiming that IAF hasn’t accepted the correct figure of losses.
