One cannot be net security provider and simultaneously undermine it.
Saudis have an arduous road ahead. Swapping comprising software and hardware overtime as well as equipment that cannot be used as intended for defensive purposes... ones with the strings attached or vulnerable to sanctions or susceptible to spare parts shortage.
Pakistan has been doing exactly that and so are Turks.

That is also my greatest concern. We should remain hopeful about the treaty as this defense pact with other nations joining in could be the greatest threat Muslims have produced against Israel in a long time and also has the small possibility of being the foundational step for actually uniting the Muslim world but anyone with a mind can think how did mbs convert from Zionist bootlicker to taking such a strong step( this is a very bold step if fulfilled as in the name ) overnight.

Can’t knock their logic, if Pakistan can do that on a she string / loans to a 7 times bigger enemy, what could they do for them with all that cash.

If you do read some of their commentary even on this thread... it seems from a parallel universe with abundant coolaid... it is either that or copium to the rescue.
To me... it is not an on-off switch... the train they're on heads elsewhere unless long hard breaks are pressed and course changed and in here Pakistan has compulsions that underwrite its own predicament. Though zion is a pickle that cannot be handled with kid gloves and here for once all must put their differences behind to extricate themselves.

The force structure is planned for joint discussion soon. The Rocket force was created with this WAPAN pact (War Alliance between Pakistan and Arab Nations) as well as interoperability with the Chinese. There is no such thing as a plan to deploy X amount of companies, etc. All to jointly plan in the next few weeks. A proper force structure is required. It's not sending a brigade to the "holly land" concept.

The Saudis received their first Tornado in 1986. The only conflicts we've had since then are 1999 (Kargil), 2019, and 2025. We didn't receive any direct foreign military assistance in any of them.
In 1971 the Saudis provided political and financial support. Can't seem to find any mention of warships being sent anywhere in 71 or 65.

Pakistan should defend Saudi Arabia by defending its borders staying within Saudi territory. Pakistan Army must not cross into Yemen or any other neighbour. We have had very bad experiences in East Pakistan, Afghanistan and Jordan shooting fellow Muslims. Saudi Airforce is capable of hitting targets in Yemen.
