like UK its a US ( by extension Israeli ) vassal state .

I've written a few things since this pact was signed. In those, I've been very nice about all Muslim nations and have repeatedly said "this alliance can't grow too big where nation's infiltrated with certain enemy nations will use VETO when action will be required".

Our Islamic nations have that history sadly. Ideally, this new pact should be limited to Saudia + Pakistan + UAE + Qatar. Turkey can or can NOT join due to some NATO legalities? I don't know.

Egypt, Jordan and Lybia, etc, need to keep out. If they come in, you can remember today's time and date and my post, this pact will become useless or it will be like things today, no action. Israel will use force, these countries will VETO any response and eventually, this pact will also become an Arabic Restaurant. The leaders will meet, eat, drink Kehwa and Turkish coffee and Veto actions, argue on issues and leave unhappy.

Oman has been in bed with Israel for a long time, even before UAE and Bahrain. They allow Israelis to covertly setup intelligence gathering equipment there.

I know that. But is it to a degree that they will back Israel and India openly against Muslim nations in a conflict?

yes , we should learn from history and not invite everyone ( Arabs will never tolerate each other ) if we do it needs to be separate or highly compartmentalized .

So the choice for a broader group should be Saudia + Pakistan + Qatar + may be Kuwait? Another option is, the top most contributors for budget or personnel keep the VETO power to themselves? Because the VETO power must be limited if this pact is to expanded out.

Still not sure about NATO legalities as to if Turkey would join this pact or not. My understanding tells me they can't, which is fine as NATO memberships gives them certain capabilities this WAPAN pact won't give them.

no way NATO protects turkey against ISRAEL , they will find a way to break rules like they always have , Pakistan should be the center of these deals because we have the nukes and the best intelligence out of all the Muslims countries .

UAE, Morocco, Oman and Kuwait are awfully quiet. This is what I call the competing bloc. Egypt is also part of this bloc, but it has been outspoken.
