you are right. but it's not sustainable for Israel to suppress 5+ entrances to 20+ separate missile bases in the West of Iran alone 1200km+ away for many weeks. not including central or east Iran bases.As was demonstrated in the last conflict, you cannot wreak havoc if Israel is destroying all your launch sites, that is why you need an airforce to protect the skies, and then the missiles can do their jobs.
The launch rate went down substantially as Israel started to destroy tunnel entrances and start to hunt down missile launcher TELs.
recently it seems missile tests are taking place more in the east of Iran and from dispersed locations not connected to known missile sites
in any event, the bases did their job and protected the missiles, and the entrances can be dug out again in a few hours-days. so each time Israel wants to attack they have to suppress every single entrance all over again
