All plans with Kabul fail for one fundamental reason. We did try during Imran Khan’s time, but our generals lacked patience and were more interested in money. We didn’t give his policy enough time to bear fruit. Believe me, no one understands Pakistani foreign and diplomatic policy better than I do. Our diplomats are often untrained and unreliable if you want to judge their competence and work ethic, visit any Pakistani embassy or the Foreign Office in Pakistan and you’ll see for yourself.
You know why the plan was fall because Asim wanted to be a general of army. He wanted to be accepted by Americans.
Kabul does not recognise our sovereignty over our western border.
Kabul's delusional belief system permits Afghans to move freely across the Durand Line, as if both sides of the border belong to Kabul. All subsequent problems stem from this underlying pathological state of mind.
It really is that simple.
A wall must eventually be built. If Kabul does not accept this peacefully, it must be enforced.
Nobody has any God given right to wander over our border (particularly with guns!).
