It has just been learned that China has taken an extraordinarily aggressive position on Trade in sending an extremely hostile letter to the World, stating that they were going to, effective November 1st, 2025, impose large scale Export Controls on virtually every product they make, and some not even made by them. This affects ALL Countries, without exception, and was obviously a plan devised by them years ago. It is absolutely unheard of in International Trade, and a moral disgrace in dealing with other Nations.

Based on the fact that China has taken this unprecedented position, and speaking only for the U.S.A., and not other Nations who were similarly threatened, starting November 1st, 2025 (or sooner, depending on any further actions or changes taken by China), the United States of America will impose a Tariff of 100% on China, over and above any Tariff that they are currently paying. Also on November 1st, we will impose Export Controls on any and all critical software.

It is impossible to believe that China would have taken such an action, but they have, and the rest is History. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

DONALD J. TRUMP
PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
The Boeing boss wants to block Trump's mouth, do you think I'm not dying fast enough?
Don't drag me down in a fight.

From the perspective of the industrial sector, Pakistan's rare earths have not actually threatened China's monopoly on rare earths. Pakistan's rares are light rare earths, which are not rare, and China only controls light rare earths through technology and patents.

What really makes China vigilant is the heavy rares in the northwest of Myanmar. And 95 % heavy rare earths are distributed in China, and only the remaining 5% of the heavy rare earths in Australia and Myanmar.

Before China has a clear understanding of the distribution of heavy rare earths in the northwest of Myanmar, China will not relax its control over rare earth technology.
China has initiated a long-arm jurisdiction procedure, requiring any country or company in the world to use Chinese equipment for mining and refining technology to apply for Chinese licensing approval or face sanctions. I have to say, the American style is really good, so we learned it.

Now that the world has adapted to the American law of the jungle, China will exercise its right.

It's not such a difficult technology that's hard to master .... since china has set the precedent , everyone else too have the the right to steal ...china has a long way to go before she can arm twist other countries into submission.....btw , Pakistan has decent chunk of heavy rare earths .

Pakistan´s current admin is losing friends in the region. The most retarded admin is at the helm now who are jewish and American wannabes.

They had always zero relations with india but is now losing both Afghanistan and China for the most stupid reasons. These two are their most valuble friends stragetic depth wise and they are being fished out by Delhi. It is entirely this regime who is pushing them away.

When a bunch of Hinduvata run regime beats you in geopolitics it means you simply suck. They didn´t outfox Pakistan but our own admin outfox´ed itself chose this. When it comes to geopolitics, dept building etc etc this is the most stupid regime and admin we have had
Every country has the right to make independent decisions in its own national interest. Having good relations with China does not mean being subservient to China. The decision to export rare earth minerals to the United States is a wise one.

This decision has caused the greatest distress to the Devil of Adiala's followers, because they now have nothing left except Facebook and Instagram.

Pakistan minerals exploration is still in her infancy ...Bakhu project is a low hanging fruit.
Do you know why light rare earth elements are distributed in various regions around the world, while heavy rare earth elements are distributed so concentratedly, almost entirely in southern China?

Because the formation of heavy rare earth deposits requires two necessary conditions. One is a large number of concentrated distribution of granite in the Yan Mountains period. The other a subtropical monsoon climate that lasts for more than ten million years. There are very few regions that can meet these two conditions at the same time, and almost all of them within the territory of China.

btw:
It is a good thing for the world that China has almost complete monopoly on heavy rare earths. Heavy rare earths are mostly used in the manufacture of-end weapons such as fighter jets, missiles, and satellites, while civilian equipment such as automobiles usually only need light rare earths. It is beneficial to world peace that a like China, which does not like war, controls heavy rare earths.
Frankly, many Chinese like me have been calling for the Chinese government to completely ban the export of heavy rare earths, so that military equipment all over the can be returned to the era of World War II. This would greatly reduce the wars of mankind.

If Afg-Pak becomes reality China withdraws support to Pakistan because China doesn´t arm Pakistan to gatekeep the Kabul regime but India hence they will become irrelevant to Chinese main interest if they are in eternal conflict weakened state besides China has more economical interests in Afghanistan hence this would be basically a double L for China´s stragetic security wall they were building around India.

According to Chinese social Media this was an order from the Pentagon and the Pakistani leaders are following order which is the correct assement of things right now and the main target is Afg-Chinese rare earth mineral deals. Pakistan is basically being used to damage chinese interests but China see thru the bullshxt

Trump's most favorite thing crashed because of the trade war:

Trump’s new 100% tariffs on China triggered an $18 billion crypto sell-off

Offer favorable trade deals to Japan and Europe if they get out of their deals, seek the global trade to replace the US. Trump wants a divided global order, with nations hating other nations. So then Trump plans to play one side against the other. Divide and conquer. Don't fall for it. Tell Eurasian nations "China represents keeping the old order", Trump wants to smash it for chaos out of order.

Trump went crazy, we are here without BRICS gold that was hinted at in the article from last year:

China needs to secure supplies of metals such as platinum from South Africa to be shipped directly to China.

Buy the entire stock of gold, platinum and silver from American retail bullion sellers such as APMEX, Bullion Exchange, JM Bullion, SD Bullion, Aydin Coins, etc. Buy with a 20% premium over spot and empty the shelves to ship that to China. Get ready to back a currency with gold or silver. See if that makes Trump back off or chimp out. I would not announce the purchases, Trump would try to stop it. China does not need American trade. Certain businesses in China need America trade, there is a difference. China has far more trade war ammunition than Trump. Why do you believe Trump released COVID, to have a conflict with China so China would be destroyed and looted, so Trump could do a global takeover with Europe and Japan staring into space dumbfounded. China is strong and survived.

Since COMEX regulations prevent draining the COMEX to 0, drain the retail to zero and have Trump throw ketchup at the walls. If Trump blocks it, go to a gold yuan or a BRICS gold or SCO gold.

It is what Trump fears, not the most, the most is Trump fears that if Putin brings war to NATO, Trump fears China not getting a black eye too in terms of global relations. Then after that Trump fears China going to gold. Trump wants China isolated, China's goal should be seek partners to isolate and contain America by continuing the 21st Century as China's Century.

China can survive the economic repercussions of trade war with the US, it can't lose trade with Eurasia and the global south. Keep on good terms with Eurasia and the global south.

Both EU and Japan know pretty well what China stands for in the world esp when you talk of trade, China doesn't need to lecture them. It's just they are such US lapdogs that follow US agendas regarding China no matter what.

WINNIPEG — Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew is asking the prime minister to scrap Canada's 100 per cent tariff on Chinese electric vehicles in return for China lifting its tariffs on Canadian canola and pork.

Kinew says in a letter to Mark Carney on Saturday that while he believes protecting Canada's vehicle industry is important, he says the country's approach "has created a two-front trade war that disproportionally affects Western Canada."

The premier says in the letter that China's tariffs — widely seen as a response to Canada imposing the electric vehicle levy — have already caused a sharp drop in canola prices and that one vertically integrated pork producer in Manitoba is reporting a $19 million negative impact on an annual basis.

Canada imposed the electric vehicle duty last year in lockstep with the United States, which also has a 100 per cent tariff on Chinese electric vehicles, with Canada arguing the measure is meant to protect the country's automobile industry.

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe has previously said he wanted Ottawa to do away with the electric vehicle tariff, but only if the country remained on good terms with the United States, and he has since said removing it would not be a simple fix.

Kinew says every day the tariffs remain in place, the harm to Prairie producers deepens.

"Canada's trade policy must balance long-term industrial goals and national security with immediate economic realities as well as the national responsibility to grow every region of Canada's economy," Moe said in his letter to Carney.

Kinew noted that the Chinese ambassador to Canada also recently said that China would be prepared to lift its tariffs on canola and pork in exchange for Canada removing the tax on Chinese electric vehicles.

CTV is reporting that Wang Di made the pledge through an interpreter during an interview for its program "Question Period," which will air Sunday.

Kinew called it a "critical moment" and urged Carney's government to "seize the opportunity."

The ambassador said in an opinion piece posted on the embassy's website Thursday that the tariff on Chinese-made EVs contravenes World Trade Organization rules, and removing it "will once again highlight the image that Canada has been trying to establish as an advocate for a rules-based international economic and trade order."

China charges a 76 per cent tariff on Canadian canola seed imports and a 100 per cent tariff on canola oil, meal and peas. China also put a 25 per cent tariff on certain Canadian pork, fish and seafood products.

Ottawa has accused Beijing of unfairly subsidizing its electric vehicle industry and flooding international markets with cheap cars to gain a competitive advantage.

Ottawa said last month it was reviewing its decision to impose 100 per cent tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles, but is offering no clarity on when the review started or when it might conclude.

The tariffs took effect on Oct. 1, 2024.

At the time, the regulatory order introducing them stated the measure would be reviewed within one year of implementation.

Figures last week show Saskatchewan's canola exports to China have taken a nosedive, with data showing that Saskatchewan's exports to China fell to $96 million in August, a 76 per cent drop when compared with the same month last year.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford said in a letter to Carney last month that Canada must maintain its 100 per cent tariff on Chinese electric vehicles as Ottawa looks to secure a new trade deal with the U.S. and protect Canada's auto sector.

Ford did not mention the canola tariff in his letter to Carney.

We welcome the Canadian government's timely correction of its wrongdoing.

Canada has no electric vehicle industry. The Canadian government has no need to start a trade war China for the sake of the US, especially when the US is backstabbing Canadians.

It is Pakistan right to develop rare earth minerals.
But the deal is between USSM and FWO,
so it is army' interest not Pakistan, and an infringement on rights of Pakistani people. In the normal circumstances, representative govt will make a deal with the best offer in the interest of the country and people and to develop the sector with upstream and downstream industries.
