Sir Do you think attack on Japan with doable?

Nukes build to be used. Period

Nukes are for deterence against other nuclear powers.

US made an exception for Imperial Japan because they were cruel people who tortured many Chinese.

We have air superiority and a secured supply line. This will be enough.

Sorry to say but Afghans are hell hole of this world and this is our and US duty to close this one for humanity since we both started it..

For the betterment of mankind KILL THEM ALL for the sake of humanity.

No. Japan was 1945.
No one had seen a nuke.
Once the impact of it was seen it’s usage sets a line no one will tolerate.
Not to mention nukes do not just destroy a population but poison the earth.

Their fallout wont remain in Afghanistan either.

Hence just illogical thinking.

Just changed one word and you are
No different in morals or ethics or upbringing then? Cannot be this bad now

Still all would have been acceptable if DG sahib had said just this instead of what he did say:

مجھ سے لکھوا لیتے

This would have been enough:

“Good morning, ladies and gentlemen of the press and viewers at home. Thank you for joining us today. I am Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations. I will provide updates on the current security situation and related matters, following which we will answer your questions."

Security Situation Update

"Pakistan continues to face challenges from terrorism, particularly in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. Our operations are intelligence-driven, and since the beginning of this year, security forces have conducted over 2,500 targeted operations. These have resulted in the disruption of numerous terrorist networks and the elimination or arrest of key militants."

Operations in Afghanistan

"In line with our commitment to regional security and counterterrorism, Pakistan’s security forces have conducted targeted cross-border operations in Afghanistan aimed at neutralizing terrorist elements that pose direct threats to Pakistan’s peace and stability. These operations are precise, based on actionable intelligence, and are carried out in consultation with regional partners wherever possible. Our objective remains the elimination of safe havens that terrorists exploit to conduct attacks inside Pakistan."

Judicial Cooperation and Challenges

"We recognize the crucial role of the judiciary in the fight against terrorism. While many cases have been successfully prosecuted, some remain pending due to systemic issues such as inadequate evidence or legal complexities. We are committed to working closely with judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, and government institutions to streamline processes and strengthen conviction rates."

Diplomatic and Regional Security Efforts

"Pakistan emphasizes peaceful relations with its neighbors and supports regional stability. We remain engaged diplomatically with Afghanistan and other countries to combat terrorism and foster cooperation. Our security efforts complement these diplomatic initiatives."

Addressing Public Concerns

"We understand the impact of security operations and the importance of safeguarding civilian lives and rights. Our forces operate with utmost respect for human rights and abide by the rule of law. We encourage the public to assist by sharing credible information that can help eliminate threats."

Closing and Questions

"In conclusion, national security remains a priority, and we are fully committed to protecting Pakistan’s sovereignty and its people. I now welcome your questions."
To me 0 conviction against more than 4000 cases as it is pti that has been more than 13 years and it is responiblity of local government prosecutor which is facilating them. This is a serious act and it self offence of Article 6.

DG ISPR has no place to bring this up in the way he did
Civilian administration exists to highlight this.
The statement I showed was enough.
What they do on the side is irrelevant

During that time nukes were considered part of the artillery..... true destructive power of the nukes was not fully envisioned then.

Dg sahib gets too emotional ... let's send a letter to FM sahib to replace him.

They absolutely knew the consequences. Germany was not nuked.

They wanted to show Imperial Japan the mirror and it worked. Cucked their men however.

The attrocities Imperial Japan committed on the Chinese were barbaric. It was a sickness. They seeked pleasure in torture.

But we digress, back on topic....
