The priority for Pakistan now is to build its economy. Don't have time to worry about what's going on half a world away. They did what they could.

An argument of necessity could be made, by one-dimensionalists, that is.If Pakistan were more economically stronger and independently capable of supporting itself, it wouldn’t have to make such statements.
