Let them say whatever they want. I remember words of shashi tharoor after he met with indian leadership after may 10. he said unfortunately it's not 1971. it clearly shows that India wanted to strike but refrained for obvious reasons. They were desparate but after calculating risk, they asked indian navy not to attack.

Yaeh, it shows the feelings of butthurt Indians. They feel disgraced and left out. 'My pharrand' invited 'Howdy Modi' but a humiliated Modi preferred not to attend the event to avoid even more humiliation.
