1. Ephidra grows wild in Afghanistan and is used in Drug manufacturing - it is difficult to ascertain location based on this feature alone.

2. The Nuristan Area experienced a shallow earthquake on the 10th of October 2025.

Final Judgement: Based on this one image alone it is impossible to give an answer to the exact location with any degree of confidence, but what I have provided is my best guesstimate.

One thing I may have overlooked is the fact is the possibility of relocating key members to the TTP training camps in Takhar Province - a common tactic seen by TTP during the periods of November until March. I recorded this in the incidents I mapped which all lead by to the TTP attacks noticing a downtick during these months as per monitoring. See graph figure 1 below:
