Her twitter reeks of separatist ideology.

If she wants to spread the word of Pashtunistan, she should live and do it from Afghanistan, where I'm sure the locals and government would welcome and promote the ideas of a woman who is philanthropic, independent and outspoken.

You are in for a surprise. Such separatists enjoy full immunity in Pakistan. There are political parties such as the ANP that openly rebel against the idea of Pakistan.

I might sound dumb, but I wish we had a solar-powered EV drone just going around surveying everything throughout the day at least
It would have made our lives much easier.
You dont need one large drones like turkish akcini have 36+ endurance

Buy 8-12 of them or even spend money and get tot and produce 30-50 of them

I would have cut thr heli program and put all money in that..

Problem is military isnt taking this seriously

Not true, signed the constitution of Pakistan
Which want followed for decades by the establishment backed govt

also civilian infrastructure like power plants and other utilities hit them where it hurts the most

I just saw one of my batch mates who is an achakzai post something similar on her instagram story.

Are achakzai a compromised tribe?

Aircraft carry more tonnage - especially when a message needs to be sent across.
You need to be tactical not loud
What Pakistan need is to equip it's FC with drones(saw picture so may be they learning now) backed with surveillance data from drones
If army doesnt has money to buy drones then redirect the funds from other programs like the tk129..many believe choppers are outdated any way

Training FC in this will help them be a potent force against india too

Unless military thinks of FC as bengal rifles..which just shows another miscalculation and misunderstanding by central command

What your calling for has already been implemented across the world, and hasn't silenced anyone, it only brews extremism. You really think silencing people will make Pakistan stronger? The state might back you now, but what about when it does not. The very policy you are calling for today will be used against you and your family. So before you call for anyone else's family to be drowned, try it yourself . Calling for people to be thrown out or stripped of documents is not strength. It is cowardice and cruelty. Hurting someone for having opposing views, is exactly what the terrorist your fighting do. Wanting rights for your people is not anti-state. Pakistan was born from people who disagreed with the rulers. If you think disagreement equals treason then you would have opposed Pakistan’s creation. Praising Saudi-style suppression is just ignorant. The same country who disappear scholars speaking against it's secularism, who has been massacring it's Shia populations, and anyone who speaks against it's actions in Yemen. And idk what USA you live in, but largely the concensus is getting involved in the Middle East was a mistake, and the current US President won in 2016 with this point. Unity is not built by fear or by crushing voices. A country that silences its own people has already lost to its own cowardice.

In fact, that is part of the argument against a clerical regime. Islam doesn't provide this perch... and they can and do issue edicts that are synonymous with declaration of faith or defining faith itself.
When we know that the whole movement is a reaction to what was offered to them... got lemons, make lemonade!
There are no holy men and their actions are not to be conflated with the faith neither the interpretation offered by the creed followed by the Taliban is the sole or true representation. In fact, without any precedence it becomes exactly synonymous with what one will call innovation. And innovation in faith is the worst kind... they can stifle speech and send people to there deaths... for whatever they offer will be a holy war! Their war of conquest is ethnocentric... and their projected borders ones from a blip from a bygone era...
That is not to say that the reverse in Pakistan is true... not by a long shot... however we know what it is and what it is not... and it will never be conflated with a holy state run by monks or clergy.
What Islam offers is a broad line for all to follow... it isn't a call for a police or a surveillance state... guessing and preempting the moves of individuals to arrest or halt them in their tracks ... that would be the antithesis of a creation endowed with freewill that has the faculties to understand the ramifications of their actions and ones that can correct their course.

Ones humble enough and endowed with their actions steeped in humility and humanity should be the last ones having innocents losing life, limbs or possessions.

Taliban May Have Used Elbrus Missile System to Strike Pakistan

1760675414102.jpeg

On the night of October 12, the Taliban allegedly launched ballistic missiles from the 9K72 Elbrus operational and tactical missile system at Pakistan.

Untold News published a video capturing two launches on its X page.

In Afghanistan, a convoy of trucks carrying 8K14 R-17 missiles intended for the Elbrus system was also spotted.

The same convoy also contained 9M21F missiles for the 9K52 Luna-M system.

In 2022, the Taliban presented Luna-M and Elbrus tactical missile systems at the parade.

These OTMSs were probably taken from those that had been standing in the Panjshir Gorge for years and restored after being stored in poor conditions.

The Elbrus and Luna-M were brought to Afghanistan during the Soviet military campaign of 1979-1989.

After the withdrawal of Soviet troops, approximately 43 launchers remained in the country. They were in service with a missile battalion of the Special Forces Guards of the Ministry of State Security of the Republic of Afghanistan. As of 2005, five launchers remained.

According to available data, between 1989 and 1991, Soviet troops used 4,330 missiles of the 8K14-1 and 9M21 types in Afghanistan.

The 9K72 Elbrus army tactical missile system with an 8K14 (R-17) missile is designed to destroy manpower, control centers, airfields, and other important enemy targets. The system was developed between 1958 and 1961.

The R-17 ballistic missile with a liquid jet engine provides a maximum range of up to 300 kilometers.

The 9K52 Luna-M system was adopted in 1964 after the first launch of the 9M21 missile on December 27, 1961. The range of this missile system is up to 70 kilometers.

Wth man , you want a parallel military establishment in the country , are you out of your mind ? ... absolutely balloony idea.
Uh, what? Pakistan already has multiple parallel military units.

Rangers, FC, Mujahid force, national guard, all of these exist along with the army.

When did I say there should be a parallel establishment? All these forces are run by the army.

Oh, relax. It was just a fun fanboy idea of mine. I literally said it was me just being a fanboy.

"May have used"

No they didn't. No evidence of such a thing has been noted from either side. It would be a major escalation, and you would start seeing PAF start targeting Taliban weapons depots and inventory bases on mass if this was the case.
