As far as Pakistanis are concerned, afghans are just as much our enemies as indians are. Both are existential threats to Pakistan that need to be neutralised. Our hatred for afghans should be the same as our hatred for indians.

I have said it a million times. Many of these GCC Arabs are our competitors. They are allies of Hindustan and Israel. They will always put their interests above everything else and won't take any sensitivities into account. Their interests are supreme.

Pakistani leaders are stupid. Utterly stupid to rely on Arabs for talks with the Taliban. This is a waste of time. Time will absolutely prove it.

Pakistan needs to chart its own path and we need to do what all countries have done. Just look at Türkiye versus PKK. Look at Saudi and UAE versus Yemen. Countless other conflicts where various countries move ahead and put their interests above everything else. They don't attend peace talks arranged by Pakistan. They do the necessary without delay.

No one will come to Pakistan's rescue. Only Pakistan will resolve its security challenges by itself. Pakistan has a cursed geography. Afghanistan and India are enemies of Pakistan. It is upto Pakistan to deal with these threats and take appropriate measures.

This ACTUALLY serves a purpose for Pakistan. It will show the rest of the world that Pakistan tried it's utmost to have peace with afghanistan but the afghans never honored the treaty and broke it. The Pakistani people were fed lies. We had to train the Afghans against the USSR during the Cold War. The US and the West aided in this quest. The Afghans were cannon fodder. Some fairytale BS had to be invented to motivate the cannon fodder to do the fighting. The rest is history.

The bitter fact is that Afghanistan lays claim on a very large chunk of Pakistani territory. Afghan hostility towards Pakistan and Pakistanis stems from territorial dispute. No amount of Islamic brotherhood is going to change that fact.

There cannot be peace with India because it claims Pakistani territory. There cannot be peace with Afghanistan because it claims Pakistani territory. There is no discussion to be had.

My suggestion is to bomb the Taliban headquarters in qatar. We were shown how qatar welcomes this type of approach to crisis management. One of my friend said "its better to say durand line" i said why?? is it not a border? he said "if we say border" then we have to retreat back to our positions as per international law.

essentially it this Durand line is ambiguous term. gives Pakistan Leverage to keep operating offensively.

Exactly. Even though the removal of the word 'border' on Afghan objection shows the reneging nature of Taliban regime, still there is no need to over-react on this change. It gives a certain leverage to Pakistan too and that may be valuable in future.

Similarly some people want to wipe out Taliban regime completely in case negotiations fail. I think removing Taliban completely (if that's possible to achieve at all) will create a certain imbalance in Afghanistan's power dynamics and that will cause problems for Pakistan in future. I think, a subdued Taliban regime will fit much better in Pakistan's strategic calculations.

I had predicted in my post before these shit talks in doha that all time time/money/flights to doha would be a wasted effort. Not sure why we keep doing these things.

Its time to launch a full offense and teach those talibunnies a lesson for good. Be ruthless.
STOP all their so-called weapons smuggling (transit trade) and let them do trade with someone else and not india (not through Pakistani land).

There is only one way to deal with Afghanistan.

1. Repatriate all Afghans until the last Afghan.

2. Put economic pressure on Afghanistan by closing the border. We don't want trade with a terrorist entity.

3. Bomb the shit out of Afghanistan when TTP resort to cross border terrorism.

No ifs and buts. Even if we have to burn bridges with the entire world this should be done at all cost. We live next door to animals and this will affect Pakistan the most. The world can only lecture without feeling the consequences.

There is no interest in removing the Taliban.

Taliban needs to stop TTP from carrying out cross border terrorism. Taliban needs to stop behaving like a slave of India. That is it. Whatever else Afghanistan does between its borders is its own problem.
