HT-223 is a passive electronically scanned array sensor.

This is isn't HT-223. This is new JSG-400 TDR. Which is AESA.

One thing I found interesting is the interception rates at Rafiqui, I'm fairly sure that was one base that was heavily targeted yet we have not seen any hits yet. I'm curious what was different at Rafique that the AD was able to achieve a seemingly higher interception rate there compared to everywhere else.

That could change though since India is on an information releasing spree and is is publishing new footage of their strikes weekly...
i can confirm rafiqui had 100 interception rate according to my friend , although he did not know what ADs system was deployed there

400KM range ? are u sure about the missile range or is it radar range?

There is open source videos available a missile hiting the base (hit the target or not i dont know) surely it's not 100% interception

Hitting the base which is comprised of acres of real estate isn't the right criteria. If a projectile is landing far away from facilities and equipment, it will be tracked and not neutralized. All militaries do that to preserve their munitions.

100% interception for those projectiles that were on a trajectory to hit something of value is the key.

Either they were using firecrackers or that cruise missile went right through that hangar and Miracoulously failed to explode, I would bet on a option 3 that we looking at nothing, actually it looks like some sort hatch
these scumbags will find any shadow and claim it as missile strike
