Undocumented Immigrants Deportation Operation

A nation which was allegedly created for a safe heaven for Muslims to practice their faith without fear and persecution , does not have a capacity to house Muslims from Afghanistan who have lived for large duration
majority of whom were legal residents

Hypocrisy with the own foundational principles of Pakistan

1947s-1971's : Issue with Bangali Pakistani
1950's-Present : Issues in Balochistan , Minerals , Job creation
1960's-Present : Issues in KPK always called outsiders interference in Government
2020-Present : Issues in Kashmir Pakistan interference in Government

1970-Present : Afghan migrants - Legal Residents
Every thing now is due to them

If Pakistan can't house Muslims , then what is it good for Qadiyani Tola?

The immigration issue , is just a mask to hide incompetence of a 12 seat Tanga Party (Rigged Election)

Under which context do you call yourself a Islamic Republic when you can't tolorate Muslims from different demographics ?

In Saudi Arabia , residence of Migrants or poor class were demolished
Legal residents (Citizens) were given 12 month rent , this issue of hate against Migrants is happening across Muslim world.

At least they are building Tourism city a big circus, yes there will be clowns , and there will be roller coasters , and big resorts

What is Pakistan achieving with Hate against Muslims Migrants?

If we view the world from context of Prophet Mohammad's teaching there was only a concept of "Muslims"

The ideology of Borders and Difference was only promoted in years after Prophet Mohammad passing away.

The Muslim Inhabitants , became responsibility of a Muslims state
initially the state was large later split , as dynasties split and broke

After World War 1 , when Muslim Areas under Turkish Empire became independent , the British reported that the locals just did not grasp the ideology of Nationalism
  • They (the inhabitants) continued to view themselves as Muslims
  • Nationalism was created so that the people would start to see difference with others , so that the difference can be used for political gains
  • The Arab identity was bloated up for a political purpose against Turkish Empire
  • We see Saudia leading the way to remind arabs of their arabness
  • Instead of appreciating the Muslim Identity - new identifies have been crafted to feel connected with

The Seeds of that divide still exist and we see it happening in Pakistan , and also in Saudia with the Anti Migrant drive

May Allah Guide the "Muslims" for we have become one of those Corrupt sects he told us about

I don't support any policy against any Muslim in Pakistan who is poor or Migrant because I refuse to follow that Ideology of hate against Migrants

EXACTLY!!!!!!!........Pakistan was made as a homeland for REAL Muslims. Pakistan was NOT made for Pakistan haters who collude with and worship extreme Islamaphobic indian hindutvas and blow up Muslim Pakistanis in suicide bomb attacks.

Deportation of illegal Afghans from Lahore enters ‘final phase’

LAHORE: The deportation of illegal Afghan nationals entered a ‘final phase’ as Capital City Police Officer Bilal Siddique Kamyana ordered a crackdown for deportation of all Afghans except those living with valid visas.

He also directed the police to purge the city of illegal weapons, giving a month for registration of unlicensed arms with the Khidmat Markaz.

He chaired a meeting of senior police officers on Tuesday following a policy decision of the government of repatriating all Afghan nationals.

An officer, privy to the meeting, said in the first phase three years back, the government had deported all the illegally settled Afghan nationals except those holding Pakistan Origin Card (POC), Afghan Citizen Card (ACC) or the Proof of Registration (PoR) card.

When the second phase was launched, the police officer said, those card holder Afghan nationals who were granted extensionsunder the then government policy were allowed to stay while others were deported. However, in the final phase launched on Tuesday all Afghan nationals except those who were having valid visas would be deported.

Police ordered to detain anyone not possessing a valid visa
A spokesperson for the Lahore police said the meeting also reviewed the law and order situation, with the focus on the deportation of Afghan nationals and unlicensed weapons.

Addressing the meeting, Mr Kamyana directed the SPs to coordinate closely for the deportation process.

“We are committed to implementing the government’s directive regarding the return of undocumented Afghan residents,” he said.

The CCPO also ordered continuation of the operation against illegal arms to purge the city of weapons. He ordered a crackdown on public display of arms too.

UNHCR should help Afghan refugees return to Afghanistan to rebuild their homes Instead of standing on the moral high ground but asking others to take responsibility.

Under the transparent system of the Pakistan Army and Government, the dignified and safe repatriation of Afghan refugees is continuing.

According to official statistics, 1,514,384 Afghan refugees have already returned to their homeland, while 3,000 to 4,000 refugees are repatriated daily.

The return of Afghan refugees through the Pakistan–Afghanistan Chaman border is being carried out in an organized, respectful, and honorable manner.

Over the past 40 years, Pakistan has provided millions of Afghan brothers with shelter, employment, and protection. Pakistan’s exemplary hospitality stands as a clear example of compassion in human history.

The repatriation of Afghan refugees is being ensured with complete respect and in accordance with legal procedures.

A transparent verification system has been established to examine documents, and only those whose credentials are confirmed are permitted to cross the border.

At the Chaman border, Frontier Corps Balochistan (North) and the civil administration have arranged accommodation and food facilities for the people.

From now on, entry into Pakistan without a passport and visa will not be allowed. Only those holding valid business or visit visas will be permitted entry.

This initiative is a vital step towards national security, rule of law, and strengthening mutual respect in Pakistan–Afghanistan relations.

Over 50 landlords booked for renting out properties to illegal Afghan nationals in Rawalpindi, Attock

Amjad Iqbal | Mohammad Asghar
RAWALPINDI/ATTOCK: At least 58 cases were registered against landlords for renting out properties to illegal Afghan nationals in Rawalpindi and Attock during the last 48 hours.

According to official sources, the crackdown against illegal Afghans and other foreigners was conducted in response to special orders from the Punjab government.

At least 110 undocumented Afghans were detained and moved to a holding centre for deportation in Rawalpindi.

Police have urged citizens to remain vigilant and report any unlawful foreigners to the authorities, assuring that informants’ identities would be kept confidential.

A police spokesman said that, in light of the Punjab government’s directives, 44 cases were registered during the two-day crackdown against illegal Afghans and other foreigners in the city.

Cases were registered at police stations, including City, Pirwadhai, Waris Khan, Banni, New Town, Sadiqabad, RA Bazaar, Race Course, Wah Cantt, Chaklala, Airport, Taxila, Sadar Wah, Civil Lines, Morgah, Naseerabad, Mandara, Jatli, Sadar Barooni, Gujar Khan, Dhamiyal, Kallar Syedan and Rawat.

Police cautioned against giving vehicles, rickshaws, or any other items to illegal foreigners or engaging in business dealings, transactions, or employment with them.

Foreign nationals residing legally in Pakistan were advised to ensure their registration at the relevant police stations. Police reiterated that informants’ names would remain confidential and emphasised strict implementation of government directives, warning of legal action against those found violating these orders.

To raise public awareness, the police said that social media is being used for outreach, while announcements are also being made from mosques.

On the other hand, eight house owners were arrested and 14 cases registered during a crackdown on Afghan nationals in Attock on Thursday.

The district administration launched strict legal action, for the second consecutive day, against individuals and businesses providing property or rental spaces to Afghan nationals residing illegally in Pakistan.

According to official data, police have intensified their operations against undocumented Afghan nationals in rural and urban areas as part of the government’s nationwide drive to expel illegal foreign residents.

Officials said 14 Afghan nationals living without valid documents were detained during the latest operations and shifted to refugee holding centres.

Authorities also registered eight criminal cases, including against local landlords accused of renting properties to undocumented Afghans in violation of government directives.

The operation covered multiple areas, including Attock city, Hassanabdal, Hazro and Pindigheb.

Officials added that eight property owners were arrested for allegedly providing accommodation to Afghan nationals without verifying their legal status.

Separate cases were registered under the Punjab Information of Temporary Residents Act, 2015, and the Farmers Act at respective police stations.

I'm glad to see actions like this are being taken. There needs to be consequences for facilitating illegal immigrants. Businesses should be raided and ID checks done for staff. Anyone hiring an illegal immigrant should face a hefty fine.

In the UK its a £20,000 fine if you are caught with an illegal worker. The other thing to consider is, the institutions that allowed this to happen. How many fake NADRA cards are out there. How can we tell the difference between them and the real ones. Who faciliated the creation of these cards? Those people - whoever they are, however far up the chain they went taking kick backs - need to be punished.

How many fake NADRA cards are out there. How can we tell the difference between them and the real ones.

What corrupt Nadra officials did is put afghani nationals in to family tree of Pakistanis. Pakistan have cancelled thousands of CNIC over the last 10 years, more needs to be done.
