Afghanistan isnt real “state” in modern sense. Its flag change every 10 years and debt is written off. Its economy depend on transit trade goods smuggling to Pakistan.

Its not a flex you think it is. Right now Kabul is out of electricity. They are still living on infrastructure left behind by USA. But that infrastructure will rott soon.

All things that you listed, even though true, doesn't matter. And do not help you in strengthening your original argument.

Their trade is either in local currency, or PKR or barter. They do not have any loans to pay. So please don't compare our "exports" and theirs. And if you do, then you should also compare our loans and deficits in the next line.

If that's your definition of economy then US with more than 30 trillion dollars of debt has the worst economy in the world.....Khush kitaya he sonya.

Well USA can just print the damn dollars and payback interest amount. That is the main reason why USA decoupled dollar from gold.

Tell me how YOU gonna repay your loans and cover your deficit ? Print dollar ?

Dude your whole argument is that the Afghan economy is better simply because it doesn't exist, and they do actually have debt they import things from us at a massive $500 million deficit that might not sound like a lot but when the Afghan budget is about $2 billion it is large imbalance, having no debt means jackshit if you can't even deliver basic services, Kabul is expected to completely run out of water by 2030 that will turn the situation inside Afghanistan from terrible to catastropic

I told you they were just replenishing supplies.

They make a lot of money, India pays them well. There is a deep network in Afghanistan. Pakistan will need to own the border area. We make sure there is nothing left alive that is a threat to Pakistan and let them fight it out with the Tajiks for the rest of the country.

Well you are the third person taking entry into something that isn't even relevant to you, or you may not even be informed of its context. But this is an online forum open to all, so it's okay.

All I said to the original post response is that @hydrabadi_arab should not be comparing exports of both countries to justify our superiority. Because in this category we both are fcuked, and if he still compare Pakistan and Afghanistan based on their exports then he should also compare deficits and loan payments of both countries. So that it's a complete picture.

I am sure, now that you are aware of the context, that it won't be too taboo for you to accept that comparison of both these countries based on economic indicators is irrelevant.

Open War if… : Pakistan Issues 1 New Warning to Afghanistan Amid Border Tension – What Khawaja Asif Said

Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has issued a stark and aggressive ultimatum to the interim government in Afghanistan, warning that failure to secure a lasting agreement during ongoing peace talks could lead to open war”. This grave statement comes amidst weeks of deadly cross-border clashes, strained diplomatic relations, and escalating military rhetoric between the two neighbours.

The warning, delivered as delegations from both countries met for a second round of crisis discussions in Istanbul, underscores the high stakes of resolving issues related to border security, militant groups, and the treatment of Afghan refugees.
