You're moving too fast!Maybe just a teaser or a hint for a major news: At least to me these are the first images from the PLANS-18 "Fujian's" catapult observation station (not sure how this is actually designated!?)
According to SCMP
China says Fujian aircraft carrier has tested catapult launch system
A trailer for a military documentary appears to show footage from a camera mounted on a plane as it took off from the ship
Beijing has said for the first time that its most advanced aircraft carrier, the Fujian, has tested its launch catapult.
A trailer for a military-themed TV series released by state broadcaster CCTV on Wednesday showed footage apparently filmed from the carrier’s flight deck.
These included shots seemingly taken from a camera mounted under a warplane as it took off using the electromagnetic launch system and what appeared to be a sailor in an operations room triggering the device.

Well we see in couple days in meantimeAgain you are posting nonsense, an exaggerated click-bait report without proof or in fact against evidence as a fact!!
This footage was clearly taken in the yard, in the harbour and NO aircraft was seen, not even one taking off and surely not in the harbour launched by the EM catapult.
We all know, the SCMP is nothing but a click-bait site reporting anything as long as it sounds good!
Well we see in couple days in meantime
Indeed, but we must keep in mind that there are two events, which - as it seems - are mixed: From my understanding these reports about a "new fighter" on deck and all the joy is related to the Liaoning ... while the sled-test is clearly the Fujian.
