  3. Black Sea (2014)

  6. U-571 (2000)

  8. Das Boot (1981)
The film follows a German U-boat crew during WWII as they endure long periods underwater, enemy attacks, exhaustion and fear. It portrays the claustrophobic and brutal reality of submarine warfare.
  9. Crimson Tide (1995)
A U.S. nuclear submarine receives an incomplete order suggesting that it should launch nuclear missiles. The captain and his executive officer disagree about whether the order is valid, creating a dangerous confrontation inside the submarine.
  10. The Hunt for Red October (1990)
A Soviet submarine captain secretly attempts to defect to the United States with an advanced nuclear submarine. CIA analyst Jack Ryan realizes the captain may not be planning an attack, while both Soviet and American forces race to find the submarine.

Hostile Waters, whose plot is similar to K-19 is also a good one and arguably better than K-19.

Gray Lady Down (1978) about a submarine crew that has to escape a stricken sub at the bottom of the ocean is also good.

Greyhound (2020) with Tom Hanks is about hunting submarines from a ship, like The Enemy Below. It is excellent.

Ice Station Zebra (1968) is not strictly a submarine film but an old classic.

The Bedford Incident (1965) is also not strictly a submarine film but also excellent.

The Command (2018) about the Kursk disaster was rather disappointing.

Out of this list The Hunt for Red October and Das Boot are the absolute best with Das Boot obviously the most realistic of submarine life.

Is it any good? The last time I saw a Pakistani drama about the Navy that was any good was Operation Dwarka starring Talat Hussain, from the late 80s or 90s.
