Karachi is too far gone now.

They should build a new port city, plan it properly and make sure PPP or JUI or any of these incompetents are not in charge.

PPP is in charge by design to prevent a power center developing away from the GHQ support base in Northern punjab in direct challenge to their unfettered dictatorial authority.
