2 confirmed dead as Pakistani guide among ten international climbers missing during ascent of Broad Peak.

Alpine Club of Pakistan (Islamabad):
Pakistani guide leading an American climber, and one additional, non-Pakistani climber whose name and nationality has not been released alongside a Chinese, Omani and an additional five Nepali citizens were reported to have lost communications with base came during an avalanche whilst on their ascent of Broad Peak in Pakistan.



Pakistan Army rescue teams have so far recovered two bodies, identification of the remains is underway.

Rescue operations are again underway two a team of four veteran climbers including Sirbaz Khan left Sakardu on a Pakistan Army helicopter bound for Camp 3 Broad Peak to aid in the rescue operation.

The two Nepali on this climb weren't Sherpa they were world leading climbers. Nims being one of them...
