1, Russia will hold a military parade on May 9 this year (same theme), China will participate in the event.

2, Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend the Chinese military parade on September 3rd.

3, Chinese social media has circulated photos of PLAAF's fighter jets flying in parade formation, which is suspected to be a relevant training preparation for the September 3 parade.

一、使用范围
1．用于纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年活动。
2．用于纪念活动环境布置和请柬、证件、须知、签到簿等的制作。
3．用于群众性主题教育活动背景板、标牌、彩旗、遮阳伞、遮阳帽、手提袋、文化衫等的制作。
4．用于新闻报道专题专栏、专题网页和宣传品、宣传折页、宣传标语、公益广告、招贴画等的制作。
5．用于制作纪念活动徽章、即时贴、胸牌、臂章等，供群众佩戴留念。
6．用于制作相关外事活动的用品。

二、使用要求
1．纪念活动标识使用应当严肃、庄重，不得任意修改、变形或变色，不能因放大或缩小破坏标识的完整性。
2．纪念活动标识不得用于商业广告、制作商标或其他任何商业性用途，不得用于私人庆典和吊唁活动。
3．以纪念活动标识为元素制作的用品，要与纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年主题密切相关，不得乱用、滥用。
4．纪念活动标识使用要结合实际，妥善把握与周边环境关系，注重整体效果，既要有利于营造浓厚社会氛围，也要注意不破坏现有人文自然景观，确保与城乡环境面貌协调统一。

三、使用管理
1．纪念活动标识所有权属于国务院新闻办公室。
2．市场监督管理部门要做好纪念活动标识的商标注册管理工作，防止标识被商业注册，同时加强标识使用的市场监督管理。
3．各地区各部门要对辖区内和主管主办的活动进行监督，对不按要求使用纪念活动标识的，及时采取措施予以纠治。

I. Scope of use
1. Used to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
2. Used for the layout of the commemorative event environment and the production of invitations, certificates, instructions, sign-in books, etc.
3. Used for the production of background boards, signs, colorful flags, parasols, sun hats, handbags, cultural shirts, etc. for mass theme education activities.
4. Used for the production of news report special columns, special web pages and publicity materials, promotional leaflets, propaganda slogans, public service advertisements, posters, etc.
5. Used to make commemorative event badges, instant notes, chest cards, armbands, etc. for the masses to wear as souvenirs.
6. Used to make supplies for related foreign affairs activities.
II. Usage requirements
1. The use of commemorative event logos should be serious and solemn, and shall not be arbitrarily modified, deformed or discolored, and the integrity of the logo shall not be destroyed by enlargement or reduction.
2. Commemorative event logos shall not be used for commercial advertising, trademark production or any other commercial purposes, and shall not be used for private celebrations and condolences.
3. Supplies made with commemorative activity logos as elements should be closely related to the theme of commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, and must not be used indiscriminately or abused.
4. The use of commemorative activity logos should be combined with reality, properly grasp the relationship with the surrounding environment, pay attention to the overall effect, and be conducive to creating a strong social atmosphere, but also pay attention to not destroying the existing human and natural landscapes, and ensure coordination and unity with the urban and rural environmental appearance.

III. Use and management
1. The ownership of commemorative activity logos belongs to the State Council Information Office.
2. Market supervision and management departments should do a good job in trademark registration management of commemorative activity logos, prevent logos from being commercially registered, and strengthen market supervision and management of logo use.
3. All regions and departments should supervise the activities within their jurisdiction and the activities sponsored by the competent authorities, and take timely measures to correct those who do not use commemorative activity logos as required.
 
The carrier-based version of the JL-10 is undergoing formation training. It is expected that they will participate in this year's "9.3 Military Parade".
