How many and which countries' leaders or representatives are attending the parade as guests ? Anyone from Pakistan?

The parade was attended by the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff is also in Beijing. However, he was not present at the podium where the heads of state had gathered, so it was not possible to ascertain whether he attended the parade.

He must be in attendance of the parade, otherwise why go to Beijing for a military chief ? Maybe not as head of sate or gov and not on the front row of the podium.

That last formation is not a J-10C, but a J-10A from the Air Show Squadron.
