1. She caught it somewhere else after 2007
2. she did not go to the doctor
3. her doctor was incompetent
4. she did not follow her doctor's advice
5. serious symptoms did not show up for years

We already KNOW that she did not go to the doctor regarding this matter from 2007 to 2010 because she has stated in the article that her FIRST complaint was seeing a great big adult parasite in the toilet in 2010. Why on earth would she request any sort of test for parasites or eggs if she experienced no symptoms until she saw the critter in 2010? You can't really blame her for just plodding along with her life for those 3 years.
