No, it's the racist Taliban who have reneged on their commitments under the Doha Agreement.

I am not sure why they believe that if they reject inclusivity, there won't be any resistance to it.

Pakistan should put books on the Pakistan/Afghan border as the afghans are allergic to them and may stop them from trying to enter Pakistan.

A perpetual civil war in afg is again a massive failure of the ingenious 2nd phase quarter century policies of military.
Pakistan need huge quantities of cheap natural gas to run its industry, it can only come from Iran, which still has difficulties or TAPI, blocked in afg.
Need both.
