every corporates, hospitals, banks and other public institutions, residential apartments, cars, buses, metro trains and now even mumbai local trains have plenty of AC trains and all these facilities are available at very cheap price.... I don't believe the chart and India's position showing on it....

Never seen a train without AC, in China trains have different AC temperature sections cause some people can't stand strong cooling.

subway trains have "high cool" and "low cool" air conditioned carriages, high cools are for young and low cools are for old and children

Actually, I like cool weather year around in Canada, but with warm or hot summer for few months for a change.

Hot temperatures are overrated when you're old and fat-ish. In my youth I loved hot temps that meant light t-shirts or colorful tank-tops and now............. now I love cool weather so that I can wear hoodies that hide my gut and no more chest.
